Fantastic For The Price Point.
I love this little thing. Sure, it doesnāt do the double click thing that the Apple Pencil Pro does, but itās also like 1/5 the price and for taking notes in class it more than gets the job done.It does tend to slip a little, but an Apple usb-c pencil cover fits it like a dream. I like that that it comes in multiple different colors, because I like the look of the green (it matches all my cases for my 11 inch air).As long as you change the tip when the metal begins to show through, you donāt have to worry about it scratching your iPad or protector. For me this was at like 3+ month mark, and thatās with using it every day for extended periods of time.

A Working Apple Pencil Cover
I recently bought an Apple Pencil cover which looks really good, but did not see the reviews that I have to take off the cover every time I charge it because the magnetic side wont charge when being placed on the top of the iPad. I saw this product after looking for another option. It is very easy to install. Just like any other Apple Pencil cover, it will take patience and care to fully install the cover. 5/5I like the design. It resembles an actual pencil, which why I chose this specifically. There are other colors available, but this is the one that works for me. 5/5It tends to be a little slippery sometimes. Not when holding it, but the cover itself is twisting after long use, where the flat part for the magnetic strip goes all the way to the other side. It is a slight inconvenience, but it is very easy to put back to its place by just gently twisting the cover. 3/5I have used this in many places. Iāve dropped my pencil multiple times as well, but the material is very good even though it is thin. Does not get scratch easily. 5/5And the main question: DOES IT CHARGE with the COVER? 100% Yes. No force required to press the pencil to wirelessly charge it.

Great Pencil Sleeve
I've only had the product for a couple weeks. I'm not sure about the durability yet, but I'm not having any initial problems with how it's made.Cons: It'll charge when placed directly on the iPad, but if any case is between the iPad and pencil, it WILL NOT charge with the sleeve on. I have the Zugu Muse case. It fits in the charging holder, but does not charge. The two layers combined are just too thick between the iPad and pencil. Just slightly pop that edge of the iPad out of the case and connect the pencil. It's easier to uncover the iPad edge than to keep taking the sleeve off. Other cases may have more of a problem, so choose your accessories wisely!! But another con with pairing this sleeve with this case is that the pencil + sleeve is too thick to place in the back pencil storage area. You can shove it in there, but it's a very tight fit and would prob mess up that part of the Zugu after a while. I wouldn't strain the expensive case to use a cheap sleeve. BUT I have a small backpack I put my iPad in to carry it around, so leaving the pencil + sleeve in the charging slot (as a pencil holder) is no problem since its stored in my bag. So you will need another place to store yours if you have a Zugu case and want these Pencil sleeves, and don't want the pencil to fall off while carrying.Pros are that the sleeve itself is good. I have the 2nd Gen pencil and the dual orange and red to imitate the pencil look. But I purposefully left a bit of white showing between the colors so it looks even more like a pencil. It charges perfectly without a case on, and the double tap works 100% of the time. It's also soft to touch. I love the sleeve! The cons aren't a problem for me at all because I already knew it'd be a problem beforehand, and they're very easy to work around.

[Updated Review] So Difficult To Get On then Once You Do Itāsā¦OK
What you see in the photo is where Iād get stuck during the installation of this Apple Pencil 2 case. I have this a One-Star rating at that time. However, not want the hassle of a return or to buy a new one, and spending the money on getting a second case, without a refund on the first, I went back to trying to install it again.Eventually, after many tries I did get it to go on the Apple Pencil & all was well with the world. The End.Well, not quite. At first it was fantastic & worked exactly how it should. I was concerned that all the attempts to install the cover, pull it off, and try again would have made the cover less than firm fitting to the pencil but that didnāt seem to be the case. Until now. Now the part that covers the body of the pencil is slipping down as I use it, but itās still snug enough that it resists going back into place. The ācapā is quite loose, though it has yet to fall off.I donāt know if the answer to these issues is to make the cover just a tad less tight, so itās easier to get on, thus preventing it from getting stretched out of shape in the beginning. Because I donāt know if the looseness of the cover now, thatās causing it to slip down during use, is because it was first stretched out too much when I had to repeatedly pull the case on & off until I was successful in getting it on my Apple Pencil; or of this is just inevitable with use. If itās inevitable with normal use, Iād expect it to last longer than this, I havenāt had it a year yet. It doesnāt quite need replacing yet, but it will soon, because it does start to slip off quicker and quicker & need to be readjusted more & more often, interrupting my work flow.It does have a great feel when itās properly on your Apple Pencil & itās not very bulky, so it adds better grip & feel without expanding the size of the pencil. So it does what you want a cover like this to do.I may even buy this one again, to see if it works better now that I have experience installing it. To see if it lasts longer before getting stretched out of shape & needing replacement.
