Let's face it, you don't buy this to eat by itself. Good alternative to moisten a sandwich up without the fat & calories of mayo. If you are serious about making that change, the difference in taste isn't much to deal with. I found the taste fairly neutral, not bad and not delicious. Just a really good way to enhance a sandwich or tuna. I'm sold...

Oh wow, this mayo is really aweful...it smells stale and taste even worse! What a disappointment.

Runny but works for sandwiches so they won't be dry. Flavor is ok. And zero calories makes me want to order again.

When you have no alternatives, you have to try things. Yes, I was very skeptical, but it was my last alternative to have a mayo-type sauce for my sandwiches. I was totally amazed! First, I was not looking for something like regular mayo,because I needed something with no oil or sugar in it. The taste was very, very good. Thanks to ServiVita for making something perfect for me!!!

This tastes awful! Never buy this. It is completely unlike mayo except that it is white.

You can only use this within 30 days of opening it it says and there's really no point in it I was not educated on mayonnaise and it doesn't have cholesterol that's the only reason I got this so it was just like a total waste and it was very runny
