This device performed very well in its first usage. It arrived on time in well protected packing. It was accompanied by easy to understand instructions. It dispensed lemonade for us and did so without incident. The placed as instructed kept the beverage cold during the four hour event. It is easy to clean after use as well. We are pleased

I have had my eye on this beverage dispenser for a bit. I decided to purchase it. Not only does it work well but it is visually appealing. Easy to clean, great value for the money.

the reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is not the most beautiful dispenser I’ve ever seen, the speckled lucite is ok, but it is great for an outdoor party or a party with kids. It has a huge capacity and is easy to move around. I love that I can fill it and have the drink for the whole evening. The spout work well, you have to make sure to fill above the spout or it will not release the beverage, but overall it is 4 for convenience and price point.

I hate leaving anything but great reviews and wish I could for this product. I love the shape & size. With one use, we saw these horrible smudges on the inside. It makes the container look dirty like it hasn't been cleaned.I would understand if we had hard water, but we don't! We never have to worry about water spots on our glasses from tap water or the dishwasher.We did add orange slices to the water, yet nowhere in the product information does it indicate you can't add fruit to the container. The description suggests you use it for lemonade or sangria (highly acidic)It's too late to return it (we didn't unpack and use it till a few weeks after receiving it), so we're stuck with a $90.00 "dirty" water dispenser.I do not recommend this product.

It seems people either love this beverage dispenser, or they received one in bad condition and had to return it. Mine is just perfect, and I plan to order the same in a larger size right away.

This is very nice looking, but do not use this with anything that has pulp. I made margaritas using fresh limes and it clogged immediately. Disappointing as that is why I purchased it. But I like how you can fill the removable inner tube with water and freeze to keep liquids cold. It just didn't work for me. It has a good capicity.
