Dorman 926-899 Front Driver Side Seat Bottom Cushion Compatible with Select Ford Models

I saved alot on this purchase this replacement was a very close match and was very easy to install the only difference was the carpet on the side of seat is a lighter gray then the original but seat is very comfortable and a great deal Dorman came through again.

It fit perfectly in my 2006 Ford E350 Super Duty. The color matches mine. The only difference is it’s a cloth seat and the original was fake leather ( or plastic) . My van is a work van and having an exact match doesn’t concern me. It looks good and is very comfortable.

Better Than New... BTN. even better than original factory seat foam. But word of caution....pay attention to the exact product number because I found it confusing...there are identical looking products which fit different year Ford E-150 and E250 and E350 cargo vans. I cannot speak for the others but after reading a lot of the reviews it is obvious that some buyers are purchasing an incorrect seat. it seems that Ford, in it's weird wisdom....if Ford has any wisdom at all sometimes....saw fit to jiggle the seat design for what seems to be the same van it has produced for almost two decades. Hence, be cautious. Know your year, and trim level and do not assume that the 150 and 250 and 350 in any given year are identical seats. They may or may not be the same seat. Best to call the vendor and have your VIN number handy. It's on your state registration or take a photo. It's on a small space left side of dash in front of driver's side close to windshield...in the corner. Good luck. These seats are really good. Color matches the OEM but the fabric is not identical. In older vans I don't think it matters so much as the seat cushion does not sag and it's firm but not silly rock-hard. PS this review comes from a fellow who swapped out and modified many seat cushions before learning that buying an expensive molded foam seat cushion is the only proper fix. I have added cardboard, thin plywood between the steel springs and the foam and I've done so many amateur fixes that I hate to admit the amount of time spent trying to rebuild sagging seat bottoms. It's usually the crappy springs that fatigues first. And open cell foam from upholstery shops sags from body heat. Open cell foam can feel much different after sitting on it for 15 minutes.....after a couple of hours it's wasted and your butt is sinking about 3 inches lower than your pelvis will tolerate which curves the lumbar and hence..........aching, stiff and crunched vertebrae. No wonder!!! It's not the back support so much as the seats sag after a while while driving and get worse and worse with passing of time.

Fit perfect for my e150, installed it easily in less than 20 min.

I bought it for my 2003-04 Ford E250 and got fit on it. Overall quality, fitting and material is good. Recommend

What an awful seat! Made it about 5 miles before turning around and putting the old seat back in!

I received another one of these a couple of months ago and when I installed it, it was very obvious it was better constructed than the original.

Product was exactly what it said, came exactly when it was supposed to which is shocking for Canada post/landmark. I have always had decent luck with Dorman products and this seller did great. Even the Ford dealership themselves couldn't do better and they make the vehicle

Great fit. Installed on my 2007 E250 work van. This is comfortable and easy to install. 4 bolts total. Fabric matches well. Helps to raise back seat rest to get it in to fit. This completely changes the feel and height of the seating position. Back to brand new.
