Installed this on a Saturday afternoon. Some of the instructions are a bit confusing. They appear to have been translated into English by a person not entirely familiar with American English or even the Queen's English. If one is familiar with working with gas appliances, it is not an issue. If you're not, and you plan on doing this yourself, take some time to check out some of the tutorials on gas stove installation available on the internet before starting.Stove comes with fittings for both LPG and natural gas as well as a spare set of jets. The brackets included to secure the top to the counter may not work for you. They didn't for me. My counter is too thick and had to make my own brackets.Overall, it is well constructed even though it isn't as sturdy out of the box as something like a Bosch. Once it is installed, that slightly flimsy impression goes away.I didn't have to adjust the new pressure regulator (included) after installation. It was set appropriately for my setup. You will need to provide gas rated PTFE tape to seal the connections. This is YELLOW Teflon tape. Don't use white Teflon tape. Check your seals with soapy water to ensure you have no leaks.This replaced a GE Profile gas cook top. So far, I've prepared two meals using this cook top. I'm very pleased with its performance. The large burner in the center handled my wok and I was able to whip up a stir fry easily.Other users have complained about difficulty getting the stove to ignite. Remember when you first assemble, and turn on the gas, there is air in the internal lines in the stove. Open the valves on all burners until you smell gas to purge the air from the system. Vent the room and then try and start. Mine fired right up.

Got this to replace our 22 year old Thermador cooktop - Install was quick and easy. Conversion to LP was easy. Looked nice. But, just like other reviewers have mentioned - there is next to no control of the gas flow to the burners. You either have 100% or maybe 60% no in between. No adjustments available at the control valves either. Returned this unit and got a Frigidaire - this one worked out of the box and also had adjustments for low burner settings.Potential safety issue with the grates on this model as well. If you look at the pictures, the front two burners are near the edge of the grates, they should have continued to the edge of the cooktop. Very easy to tip a pot off the edge, especially if trying to keep flame centered on your pot/pan.Side note, this unit touts designed & engineered in USA - unit is of course built in China. Burners do say made in Italy.

I've had this stove installed for about 6 months now, and have cooked enough on it to get a good feel for it.PROS:It cooks great! Installation seemed easy enough - I had a plumber install it along with the gas line and it was simple and effortless. The middle burner puts out some great heat - water in the stock pot came to boil very fast... there will be much gumbo and jambalaya in this stove's future. And i've gotten several compliments on how it looks in the kitchen.CONS:Not enough to take a star away, but you have to hold down the knob on the clicker for a couple of seconds after it lights, otherwise the flame will go out when you go to turn to normal. A small inconvenience. Also, the round flame covers seem to slip off-center somewhat easily, causing the flame to be more concentrated to one side of the burner and one part of the pan to be much hotter. All it takes is a little bump and it's fixed - once again, a minor inconvenience that doesn't warrant removing a star.All together, I highly recommend for the price and the function!

The product is very well designed from an aethetics point of view. hence the purchase. Installed months after receiving due to delayed kitchen project, but in original packaging stayed very well. Looked sparkling and very impressive out of the box. Functionally not so bad either and didn't have many of the issues I now read buyers have had. Like the burner sizes and placements. That said, 3 irritating disappointments:1. The base metal of the stove scratches very very easily and needs unbelievable care while wiping; specially the front where the knobs are. More importantly, the small circular pads that hold the grates come off easily, 2 got 'lost' since we never expected something just falling off, and the grates immediately scratched the edges of the frames.2. One knob already started showing wiped off SS finish and shows black at a corner. Not sure knobs are metal as described3. Ignition is a bit weird. While appreciated for its probable safety feature, the wait is too ling and needs the knob to be rotated after ignition to be keep the burner lit. Sometimes, largest burner needs a soft blow of air (by mouth) for flame to move from inner to outer circle)... which has become a joke in our family.

We previously had an older stove top. This was easy to swap out. The cut out size made it easy to know if it would fit. And with a small cut to my counter top I was able to accommodate this stove. Great price, and looks/works perfectly.

This is a nice cooktop, but it is small. The burners are nice heavy weight. The cooked up itself is flimsy and the knobs are plastic. The large middle burner is wonderful and it’s nice to have a five burner cooktop.
