Love that the only ingredient is organic Inulin. Dissolves easily, works exceptionally well. I add it daily to my coffee along with collagen powder.

I've purchased inulin products before, primarily to be used in baking. I use it with erythritol sweetener to offset the "cooling" effect erythritol leaves. I have used Jerusalem artichoke and agave. The Jerusalem artichoke worked well enough but the agave left a sort of bitter taste. I then took a chance with chicory and was pleasantly surprised and how well it worked. It completely balances out the flavor and I can't really detect any aftertaste. Would definitely recommend this product.

This product was delivered as pictured and as described, no issues there.I found this was difficult to dissolve. I had to put into hot water and then cool down before mixing into my drinks and recipes. I have bought others that dissolve a lot easier.All in all great value.

I mix it in with my matcha latte for the perfect amount of sweetness.

I bought this blue agave inulin for the fiber benefit and is working well but as a plus it also tastes good and can add slight sweetness to something that is less sweet. This is a pleasant natural bonus because I find artificial sweeteners to be repulsive and do not need sugar calories. It dissolves well with a little patience in cold clear liquids and easily disappears in smoothies and shakes. The zipper on the bag works really well compared to other powdered products I have had. The scoop is small and seems to be the correct size unlike some previous reviewers. Most importantly, my teen daughter willingly puts it in her daily smoothie because the doctor said she needs more fiber. I had a colonoscopy and the results said I need more fiber too for getting rid of hemorrhoids. I bought a larger quantity of a different brand chicory root inulin for less at $0.60/oz versus this item at $2.00/oz here on Amazon for myself but it does not dissolve well in my kombucha so I switched to this agave inulin for my kombucha but it would be nice if this can be had in a larger volume at a lower cost per ounce. As to be expected, this makes us fart a lot, so plan accordingly.

So I've only had this for a few days I needed it for a cleanse ( aloe vera juice , lemon juice,fresh grated ginger and green tea fresh brewed) I drink it in the am. Aloe vera is gross so the inulin lemon and ginger are needed. I also like that it's a probiotic. I use to have yogurt but am unable to consume dairy any longer. Its dissolves 100% in hot or cold or room temp water tea coffee. I dont mind it. Plus you only need a tiny but of it. It comes with a little 2.5 gram scoop and that's the serving size making the entire bag like 68 servings. Umm I dont use it for anything else but my cleanse but you can use it for many things especially if you follow a keto lifestyle. Give it a try it's pretty great
