All of the parts were there. The cover was bent from shipping which I was able to straighten out. Installation wasn’t difficult but the instructions were a bit confusing. There are two options but they really don’t say what the difference is. I emailed support and still have not heard from them. That was over a month ago. Even through all the frustration I must say that it is a very good top.

This is a very nice cover that allows you to keep the contents of your truck bed out of sight and locked up; even if your truck doesn't have a locking tailgate.Installation is fairly easy if you read the instructions carefully and watch video. (video skips a few steps so you have to read instructions)

I bought the Roll N Lock A - Series for my 2018 Chevy Silverado. It got delivered fine, even though it's exactly 96lbs. So I spent a lot of time watching the install videos, carried the heavy thing out to the truck and went to work. After cutting the holes in the spray on bedliner, attaching all the brackets, I finally lay on and attach the canister. I look for the side rails and they are not there. Completely missing one of the main components that the cover slides along. So I thought maybe, somehow, that they are in the canister laying long ways, to conserve shipping space. So I start to pull out the cover, and they are definitely not there. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is that the bed cover is not even the A-Series that was listed, and that I paid for. It was the M-Series. I bought the one that is metal powder coated, but they sent me the vinyl covered one which I specifically did not order, or even want for that matter. So you are taking your chances ordering a Roll N Lock. And I can't begin to tell you what a nightmare returning this thing is. You might as well hang up that idea. There are far more companies to order a very similar cover, for almost half the price. And I'm not talking about the cheap tri fold vinyl covers, I mean ones just like this, if you look on Amazon. That's what I plan on doing. Too much trouble to gamble on what you might get, for the price they charge.

I love roll n lock covers. The one from amazon showed up beat to he// spent an hour with some small tolls to straighten everything out to be at least OK looking. Pretty disappointed that a high dollar fragile item wasn't better protected for shipping

Very nice unit, install was easy and performs well and is more attractive than other units I looked at. Did have an issue with the light not staying on more than a second, but a simple phone call and they sent a new light unit to me right away and fixed the issue.

I purchased the Lock n Roll for my 2019 Sierra. I was looking at many different bed covers and decided this was the best for me. It allows you to use your entire bed with losing very little area for the cover. The installation took me about 2 hours. I recommend the video over the printed directions as the printed directions rely on drawings and minimal direction. The video shows step by step. When I was reading reviews for this product there were many complaints of damage from packaging and shipping. I had minor damage to the aluminum flang on the back of the housing, which could be remedied by attaching a piece of would the length and with attached before packaging as it appears that housing was picked up by the flange. I also read complaints of water getting in. I have had 3 or 4 torrential downpour’s since install and got a little water from the end of the rails at the tailgate. I wasn’t expecting a submarine hatch but got pretty darn close.I highly recommend this product. I don’t recommend installing if you are impatient or don’t take time to follow directions. Hire a professional.

the cover is ok, not great. my only gripe with it is when you wash your truck, the water will get in. so if you have tools in the back of your truck, make sure they're in a tightly secure tool boxes

Second purchase. First one for 2017 Chevy, this one for 2019 GMC.Not really sure why tbe 8 footer in the gmc was the same price as the 5 footer, but, after paying $$ for the first install, did the second myself. Took about 4 hrs with a helper.Had zero issues with first, kept everything dry, looks fantastic. I expect the same from my second one.
