I take it once daily and have since personally felt a boost in my immune system and have experienced better gastrointestinal function.I recommend doing your research extensively before committing to a product - there is a plethora of resources online for you to find the strains and quantities which match your needs. I’m so impressed with this high quality product, which contains 20 billion units of eight different bacteria per serving.Some inferior products only contain two or three types of bacteria, with a much lower dose, which is waste of money. Also, some other products have a shorter shelf life. The BBE date on these is over 18 months away, and the quality is good until then, and no need to store in the refrigerator.These are manufactured in the UK, to cGMP standards, which means there are strict procedures and controls in place to ensure the quality and safety of the product.They are small capsules, and easy to take. After taking these for a few weeks, I’m sure I can feel the difference with my gut health. I’ll definitely be buying again.

This probiotics is a reasonable size and has a great strain quantity ratio per capsules. It is religious and plant based diet friendly with no allergens added. I have been using it for 30 days so far and finding it to be quit effective. An increase in digestion and soothing of bloated stomach. I suffer from digestive issues and so far have found this to be helping after a course of antibiotics. It's always good to have a high strain count rather than billion per capsule as the strain is what you want to replenish and help balance your gut flora. Overall would recommend and would try out from thi company.

Used after having had to take antibiotics. I am feeling better. Hard to say how much was down to these (hence the 4 stars, not 5), as i took another kind too, and are a lot of live yogurt and kefir to repopulate my gut bacteria, but i only had good effects, no bad reactions.

Had an upset tummy for well over a year causing visits to toilet 3-4 times a day. The doctor sent me to have a colonoscopy which was clear. I eat sensibly and don't have carry outs.Having read somewhere that the gut is responsible for 80% of your well being - a vague term I know - I thought I'd try the above and after having a good look around. At this introductory price, I thought it was worth a go. Let's see what happens.24 hours -must be too soon - I was feeling pretty good. Several days later toilet issues resolved. Visit once a day sometimes two but nothing on the scale of before. Mr Andrex is going to be upset.The service was very good and timely delivery. I must point that this is the only product I've tried for this so can't make a comparison but it has certainly worked for me. I will buy this again. Why not? It is doing the job for me. Would I recommend this product and supplier? Certainly.

Bacterial count was lowered from 40 Billion to 20 and strains from 15 to 8. Some of the missing strains now are extremely good for the intestinal health like Lactobacillus Bulgaricus for example. The price however remained the same... I was extremely happy with the previous product. I can`t give real opinion for the new version yet. Please start producing the 15 strains version again!

On the rare occasion when I have to take antibiotics I find that using probiotics helps to rebalance my digestive system. This is the first time I've used this particular brand and they appear to work for me and as such I can recommend them. Just like a prescription medicine, the effect can differ between people so bear in mind they may not work for you. However, there are 8 strains of bacteria in this probiotic so being broad based they stand a good chance of making good any deficit in a particular strain. A type of yeast which they don't contain and which I find useful is Saccharomyces Boulardii. Again, it's rather a case of 'suck it and see'.The capsules are easy enough to swallow being normal capsule size, have no taste to speak of, and if they work have to be value for money.

Great value - seem to be working well and with no bloating/gas/upset stomach. Company very helpful too - and offered me a free gift from their range - I selected their Ashwagandha. There was no requirement to post a review but I have done so because I am grateful and because I am able to do so honestly - the product seems good. I've been taking a capsule daily since 17 March and have had no problems. My tummy seems a little happier. It's always in the long-term one sees the benefits of probiotics but so far this brand seems great and I will probably reorder.
