The quality of the battery is very good I'd say as good as DJI. I didn't use it as often as I wanted but made sure to discharge it if not in use. The battery worked well throughout almost the entire year except when I got to the colder season. I got into an issue with the one I received possibly due to weather-related reasons. I explain the issue and they decided to mail me a new battery so long I agreed to pay for shipping and handlings. They did not request I return the old battery. I might have been lucky but there are companies that would rather give you excuses instead of backing their products. UpStart created a very good impression in me and I certainly recommend UpStart over other brands!

I ordered this battery a few months ago charge the battery when I got it went to use it a month later and it was completely dead. Ordered a new one and the second battery I received was dead out of the box.
