I wanted this Bible, thinking that the entire Bible is written in easy language. But it's synopsis of each book in the Bible. Important events are written in simple language. Its a good book for children with lots of images and readae content. Giving a rating 4 because I wanted the whole Bible in it..

The media could not be loaded. its for my son..and its worth buying.. hard cover, good paper quality suitable for kids.. catchy fantastic pictures helps children to really engage in learning with excitement. very satisfactory.

Language though simple, stories have been cut short drasatically and is in a fast forward mode so losing interest in reading. Lot's story is not even there. Jacobs family story is over in a small paragraph. Same with Joseph's story from pit to palace over in a paragraph.I myself know all bible stories only bcoz i was gifted with a very detailed, very well illustrated and engaging bible story book when i was very young. I couldnt find that bible book so ordered this one but was a kind of disappointed with the content.

Excellent bible for children

In my childhood my father bought The Bible for children which looked same like the one shown in 2nd pic hard cover n fat book. I ordered this hoping it would be the same but the one I got is thin book and not hard covered. So little disappointed.
