these are great for Nurses no matter what shoe you have. It’s no match for hard concrete of hospital floors and waitressing. these have a bounce to them that give you some cushioning that concrete floors and good shoes do not. You can cut them to fit what size you need.

I have purchased several pairs of these insoles for my Crocs. They are so comfortable. They are thicker so take that into account when buying.

I used these to replace hoka insoles. These insoles are actually better and more comfortable than the hoka brand insoles. Very surprised and happy with purchase.

These memory foam inserts are quite thick but very comfortable. Unfortunately they're so thick it certainly requires removing the thin inserts some shoes come with.. Even then, there is a high chance you're feet will be squashed up against the insider-upper part of your shoe.. Maybe if you have boots which are a size or more too large, these could be good to fill in the gap.

Genuinely the most comfortable inserts I've used and helps a lot at my new job. I can't speak on the longevity of them but I've used them for almost a month and they haven't gone flat yet so that's better than some already.
