Great product - really reasonably priced for 240 days of vitamins
Great product. Contain all the A-Z vitamins. Ordered these as there are 240 portions and the 365 portion A-Z Solimo had not been released. Conception Support isn’t something I require but it can’t do me any harm as a gay lad. These contain all the vitamins contained in the leading men’s Centrum vitamins (slightly different quantities - some vitamins have more in Solimo and less in Centrum and vice versa), plus coenzyme Q10, arginine and grapeseed extract.I’m confident Amazon’s venture into vitamins is backed by science and doesn’t come ill-advised, plus, focuses on the consumer value more than leading brands and their high prices for a similar dose of the same vitamins plus the highly desirable Q10.

Not Impressed
I have been using supplements since the 1980s. I was involved in the business for many years and have three friends who separately manufacture, distribute and own a vitamin shop. In my humble opinion, when you choose a supplement price is the least consideration. You should look at the active ingredients and make sure it is not full of fillers which do very little for you. I have found with virtually every bottle of Amazon own brand supplements, that they are high on fillers and use the cheapest least absorbable form of the supplement, which then reflects in their lower price. This bottle is no exception. If you look at what you are getting for your money, the B12 is the least absorbable form of the supplement. The CoQ10 is not ubiquinol and the dose is so small it will have a negligible effect. It does not contain enough of the essential supplementation which will help if conception is important such as Tribulus (not at all), L Arginine (way too low). I am sorry but this is not a great supplement. If you are taking something, you want to ensure the supplement has the best form of the active ingredient in it and how much is in there. If the price is your only consideration, then this product is fine, but if you want a quality product, which contains the active ingredient a man needs, then you need to look elsewhere. Solimo products are cheap for a reason and the reason is they contain a lot of filler and very little active ingredient and the cheapest form of the supplement, which may not be absorbed properly.

Multi vitamins, with a few additives
Basically these tablets are aimed at men who want to boost their chances of conception. In reality they seem to be multi vitamins, with some added minerals which research suggests "might" aid the chances of conception.Interestingly the label advises they should not be taken by children under 12, or if you are pregnant or breast feeding. I'm not sure many men would fit that category, but maybe they anticipate these tablets might be taken in the place of ordinary multi vitamins, and I see absolutely no reason why they should not be, because they actually contain higher levels of certain vitamins & minerals.Pricewise they are significantly more expensive than Solimo multi vitamins with iron, so you are paying for the additional ingredients, the higher levels of vitamins, and the claim that they support conception.I am afraid I cannot confirm that claim, but they certainly won't do any harm, and might help (possibly). At the end of the day I would check with your GP, because they would be best placed to know whether these tablets would be of any significant benefit. Despite the ingredients, I still think they are too expensive when compared to mulit vitamin products.

8 months of vitamins for a fair price
These tablets are a fair size. I do not struggle to swallow them but I don’t think I would want them any bigger. They have no taste and leave no after taste in the mouth. You get 240 tablets in a pack for around £15 this is good value in my opinion it’s around £1.80 a month and for my health I’m happy to pay this price.Looking at the ingredients list they really have crammed in a lot of vitamins into one tablet. The best before date on my pack has around a year and a half so I have plenty of time to use them all.I have only been taking them for a little over a week. I do not feel any affects or side affects but I have never felt any from any multi vitamin tablet. These tablet are made in the uk. It always fills me with more confidence knowing something is made under our rules and regulations.
