I have been trying to find ways to limit the yelling in our house. And decided to try door bells instead. Best part is that I can use one receiver for 2 door bells. This makes things so much easier. I have one doorbell in my room and the other in the kitchen. Now it is so much easier to get the kids attention when they are in their room. We sat down and each kid picked out their sounds, one for back up alarm for getting up for school and the other to come into the livingroom/kitchen (dinner time or need them)We have been using them for a few days now and it is working great. No longer am I foghting with them to wake up, or having to scream across the house when it's dinner close to dinner time.

So far, the doorbell works fine. Time will tell how well it will hold up. The trouble I've had with previous wireless doorbell systems is the doorbell transmitter button. The ones I had did not last very long when exposed to the weather. The transmitter button in this Skypoint model is supposed to be waterproof, so I'm hopeful that it will hold up well. The only negative thing I found was that the ringer tones could be louder. Even at full volume, the tones are not very loud.

I ordered 2 sets of these doorbell transmitters (doorbell buttons) and receivers (plug in chimes) (#4 transmitters and #4 receivers) for my home. I have the transmitters installed at our front and rear doors on our main floor and #2 additional transmitters placed on the outside of the basement garage door and outside of our walkout basement double doors on the floor below. The receivers are located in the front hallway, the upstairs hallway, the family room and one in the basement by the basement garage door. Having the option of 52 different rings to choose from (which you can’t do with a regular doorbell) gives you far more flexibility. I have a different doorbell chime programmed for the front door, the rear door and the 2 basement doors. When you press the doorbell at one location the chime programmed for that location rings at all the receiver locations (you have to program the doorbell chime for each doorbell transmitter at all of the receiver locations which is very easy to do). I can’t tell you how many times I forget to unlock the rear or basement garage door when I go outside and have to bang on the door to have my wife come and let me in. The basement garage door is a particular problem because if you are upstairs in the bedrooms, you can’t hear anyone banging on the doors. Now, if I am locked out at any of those locations all I have to do is press the doorbell transmitter and based on the distinctive ring, she knows where I am.Their customer service is excellent as well. You can’t contact them by phone but you can send them a text or email and they do get back to you often the same day. I had a problem with the front doorbell transmitter draining the installed battery which I had to change twice in a period of 2 weeks. The small blue doorbell button light which should only be lit when you press the button was on all the time draining the batteries. I notified them of the problem and they sent another doorbell transmitter to me free of charge. I highly recommend this doorbell system and this company.

It was super easy to install. The screw holes from my old doorbell were able to be reused for this new one. It took about five minutes to install. I love the fact that the inside chime box has multiple Sounds available my granddaughter was just here so I changed it to a soft Melody, so not to disturb her sleep. I like the fact that it came with two of everything I gave one to my neighbor who also had a doorbell not working he was thrilled.

Works well. I use this for transitions in my classroom. Super easy just plug it in and go.

Instruction is clearly written and easy to install. Lots of choices for chimes ranging from Mozart to popular tunes to regular ding-dongs. A feature I would add is a different chime choice for the second outside button. A previously system had that feature. This allows identifying which door has a visitor.

Super easy to set up. Loses its memory sometimes but overall convenient for its purpose . I rewired them to send audio to a computer, and then taught the computer to recognize distinct melodies and send control data based on which doorbell or motion sensor was triggered . Super useful!
