I bought this dryer because I wanted a "blast" of cool air when drying my hair. That is all this dryer has! It doesn't get hot so it takes forever to dry my hair. And it is heavy. Big waste of money. I went back to using my old dryer. I wish I could return it but I threw the box away. Bruh.

Works well. Not to loud. A bit on the heavy side. The cool shot button is a click on and click again to turn off rather than what I would prefer hold for cool release for hot.

Does not have easy access to lint filter: must use q tip to remove lint...however, handsome unit with good drying power...

Cord is thick and hard to roll up. Noise Is much louder than advertised.

I purchased this hairdryer because I wanted a lightweight, quieter hair dryer. This one is noisier and heavier than the one I have. I tried to return but it came up as NONRETURNABLE. I can find nothing in the listing saying it is nonreturnable.
