This is an awesome printer and about as close to plug-and-play as you could ask for. I know the description says it's not compatible with Windows 7, but if you download the drivers from Zebra (super easy to find), it works perfectly with 7. Great machine, highly recommend.

Latch broken upon arrival. No big deal they are 12 dollars, so I taped it shut and proceeded to try to use this thing. It refuses to print correctly or clearly on any setting and once calibration is completed it won't even pull the paper through the print head. This is worse than the Jaden's cheap printer I intended to replace. Zebra sucks

Was happy with this thermal printer. Just took me some time to find a setting in my print driver that would allow my 4x6 shipping labels to print exactly how I wanted them to. Although there are some helpful videos online. Just which they had a voice over.

I was excited to find this model printer available. I have a machine that uses 10 of these so i ordered as a spare and put it on the shelf. Yesterday i needed to replace one of the old ones and opened the box to find that it doesn't have Ethernet! My machine uses Ethernet exclusively so 5 months later it's too late to contact the seller. Lesson learned! Always open the box and inspect!! I need another one now, i guess i won't buy from this seller again.

I purchased one of these for one of my customers. Neither they nor I, are entirely pleased with the product.But, it worked great once we got it set up and figured out how to correct the alignment... until it didn't. (Read on.)Tech support from the manufacturer is virtually non-existent, though I was able to at least find their knowledge base to aid with initial setup and later troubleshooting.Both the client software and the web interface are almost useless with regard to configuration or troubleshooting, aside from a few things (ex. IP address) that are managed at that level. The latter indicates the printer is "ready" independent of what error the device is physically signaling.All errors are indicated via flashing lights and left to the user to know where to look up what they mean.Similarly, some of the configuration (ex. alignment) requires holding the button on the front down and watching for the green light to flash X number of times.Nowhere in the sales description did/does it say this is/was a used printer, and it has failed 2 months into ownership. (Error code 8.)I will be reaching out to the vendor for assistance. Vendor feedback will depend heavily on the outcome of that.

Paid 535 dollars for a brand new item, and received a used like new product! Not cool

Using Zebra printers fir years with USB and network share off the attached PC. Love this model’s ability to directly connect to network. Same Zebra quality with more flexibility! If you are familiar with Zebra printers this is a snap to configure. No unnecessary bells or whistles.

This printer was very easy to install and works as advertised. Very happy with it.
