after trying other off-brand replacements, I'm back to HP. Works best, no more out-of-toner messages and uneven printing.

Tried the Compatible cartridges and had problems. The first cartridge did well but the second one did not do good at all so I went back to use the original cartridges.

I bought this toner over a year ago thinking I needed more. I didn't replace it right away and it did not dry out and is printing well. The ink color does not fade and the toner appears to last longer than expected

Got the toner low message very soon after installing (approx. 300 sheets). However, I have printed at least another 400-500 sheets since it was displayed and still going. Just keep a spare on hand and run it until the print quality goes downhill or it won’t print anymore. I do remove it periodically and give it a gentle side to side shake to distribute the toner within.

I don't do a lot of printing but when I do, I want to be sure I'm not going to run out of supplies in the middle of the job. One cartridge last me anywhere from 6-12 months with a moderate amount of use.

When having printer issues the hp tech logged into my computer and discovered the first hip cartridge I purchased was not a genuine hp cartridge although they looked exactly the same. He then showed me how to check for authenticity via HPsmart. When I purchased the present cartridge I have it checked out genuine. Buyer beware and make sure you have a genuine hp product. So sorry I didn’t catch it before and just had to put up with inferior printing☹️
