I used this on a noticeable scuff across the side mirror of my white car (included before and after photos), and honestly I’m blown away. The scratch looked like it was going to require touch-up paint or at least a pro polish, but Meguiar’s Quik Scratch Eraser handled it completely. You wouldn’t even know there was any damage.It comes with everything you need: the scratch remover compound, an applicator pad, and a drill attachment. I just used a standard cordless drill, followed the directions (apply, let the drill do the work, wipe clean), and the results were instant. The compound didn’t damage the surrounding paint or leave any haze—it actually left the finish looking glossier than before.It’s meant for light surface blemishes—things like scuffs, key marks, or transfer from brushes and bumpers. It’s not going to fix deep gouges into the paint, but for the everyday stuff, it’s perfect. And at this price, it’s a no-brainer to keep one in your garage or trunk.Honestly, I rarely leave reviews, but this one earned it. Totally worth it.

I was hoping that this would work where someone had keyed my 4Runner. Unfortunately, it did not. I did try it on some other spots that had some scratches and it worked great!! Those scratches are gone with no trace. I highly recommend this easy to use product. Just be aware if the scratch is too deep it will not perform miracles.

I had some large white paint transfer areas on my Crystal Granite color Jeep. It removed those transfers really well. I did not see any swirl marks left behind as I have seen in other reviews. It didn’t really help with the scratches I have, but I ordered a touch up paint to use on those. Once I get that it’ll look good as new. It was a very fast process when attached to a drill. Quality and functionality were both great for my purposes. I don’t know about scratches, but this will take paint scuffs out clean and easy.

Got this compound due to light to medium finger nail scratches on the passenger side(my girlfriend gets her acrylic nails very long) this will product took them right out with light duffing and minimal product. I have seen some reviews about it leaving swirl marks and that was not my experience, but I can imagine if you have a deeper scratch that you really have to duff out it would definitely leave some marks behind. If you need to go to town on some heavier scratches, I would recommend buying the compound separately along with a wool buff pad. Over all for light to medium scratches I would 100% recommend.

I'm not an expert detailer by any stretch of imagination just to give you some context. in my case, while it removed most of the scratches (light clear coat scratches) on the black Tesla Model Y, it did introduce swirl marks that's visible at a certain angle...and for a perfectionist like me, that's not acceptable. I actually needed Meguiar's two other products: Ultimate Compound and Ultimate Polish; the former will remove the swirl marks but creates a very subtle haze that's also apparent when light hits affected area by a certain angle..but once the latter is applied, it's all good...again even with these 3 products don't expect miracles...maybe the more effective results are reserved for Meguiar's professional line of products... Also don't bother with that drill attachment because IMO it just makes swirl marks worse...just use a regular foam applicator then buff out with a clean microfiber towel

It's effective! removed the scratches. The headlights were foggy and were twelve years old. I then cleaned them up using the Meguiar's Quik Scratch Eraser kit. I wonder how long they'll remain clear?In the headlight photo, only the driver's side was complete.

I am a skeptical person, and didn't have much to lose by trying this product. Scratch or something on driver's door of a white 2004 honda crv. Followed instructions, and it came out well. Also used it on the black runny marks near the door handles, and it worked great. Older vehicle, so not too concerned about being perfect. I'd recommend again.
