Dell Latitude E5550 15.6in Laptop, Core i5-5200U 2.2GHz, 8GB Ram, 500GB HDD, Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Renewed)

I picked this laptop because it had the docking port for the docks I already have. It seems to working fine for our basic needs and the battery seems to be full strength.

Bought this about 6 months ago. Wanted to keep the laptop for a few months before I left a review. I can definitely say it’s a 10/10. I use it for work. They delivered very quickly. My originally laptop broke and I needed a quick replacement for work. I placed my order on Friday and it was as there before Monday. I have no complaints. This is a great sized laptop, lots of storage and great for people who work from home, as you can open multiple pages and apps (10+ apps) at once without interruptions. Would recommend.

I had received my laptop yesterday AND as of today I had contacted Amazon for a return. Product came in defective, would not charge past 6%. It actually went down to 5% when I left it charging overnight. Waste of time.

This computer is perfect for doing any sort of work whether its studies, research, video editing, programming whatever this thing got it. The storage capacity is quite substantial and the cpu is quick and the memory is quite decent. Only thing is battery life seems to be a bit poor, only lasting roughly 3 hours on a full charge. however it charges back up fast and with the display size, being even larger than I expected, I'm not going to be using this away from a desk too often anyway.

Update after working with this for a few months:Changed review from 4 to 3 stars because the battery no longer holds a charge consistently. If the battery dies, then I plug this in and turn it on, it will not charge. But, if those same conditions are met and I prop a mouse on an analog wrist watch, then it will charge the battery. Very strange.Original Review:After battling with FedEx for a week due mostly to weather, I was finally able to set this laptop up. Works great so far!This was an inexpensive purchase to replace a decade old HP in order to continue personal bookkeeping and ensure I can continue my WFH efforts.The battery lasts pretty long, but I was surprised to unpack the laptop and not find an AC power adapter. No power source included despite it being in the photos of the listing? What's up with that?

I’ve had a Dell computer (laptop) before for school, watch a movie etc. battery life was great. It lasts about 5 years. Maybe even longer if I wouldn’t have tripped over the cord. It made the battery blow up. Anyway, Dell is a 5/5. I would not recommend Hp because that is only a “windows” computer. Delivered fast, you can also make 4 payments instead of the full 200.00 & some change.Only issues: it came in a half way opened box & they did not mark on the website that it has been delivered, had a small scratch on the back.. the delivery can be better.
