This is very low carb. Purchased at Costco and then went to Florida for winter and they don’t carry it at the Costco here. I love the taste and eat it with Fage Greek Plain Yogurt. This is grossly over priced on Amazon (or was when I bought it) and decided to just get a different option I can purchase locally. It is delicious, but not if you are accustomed to the typical high sugar varieties.

I had tried the Honey Almond flavor, but everyone was out except Amazon which was asking for something like $71 for a package of 6. (I just checked and apparently they are back in stock at a more reasonable price.) Since that was highway robbery, I finally decided to try the Caramel Pecan flavor and was not disappointed. It tasted just as good as the Honey Almond.

We love this granola!! Like seriously LOVE!! I ordered a case, it arrived quickly (like maybe the next day, I can’t remember now), we were excited, opened the box to stash the bags in the pantry, noticed the Exp date, and then we weren’t. ALL 6 bags were due to expire within 5 days of arrival. I opened one to check & yeah. We weren’t eating that. So foul!! Something in the mix was rancid & I wasn’t surprised.I think with normal food, that doesn’t matter as much. But with something like this, with all the seeds, nuts & grains and zero chemicals to keep it fresh (YaY!), you can’t be selling this product that close to its expiration date!! There was no way we could eat it all within 5 days.I contacted the seller to request a return, explained why and they were very quick to process a refund & I didn’t have to send it back. Which has never happened with any return I’ve made before, but makes sense for this one.I am giving this product 5 stars because we LOVE it & because we got a refund easily. I still felt bad about throwing out all that amazingness!!! But rancid oils from nuts and such?!? Ewwwwwww.

Very tasty cereal alternative made from nuts, seeds, and coconut. Very crunchy/chewy, even if cooked. Only downside is it’s pretty sweet.

6 carbs for 1/2 cup 4net carbs for keto people...it can be used as a cereal or a trail snack...it's very versatile. It travels well ..I think it's a little pricey ...but the all-natural ingredients have me hooked. It's diabetic friendly as well as Keto & paleo. Great flavor ... I mix mine in yogurts and ice creams.

If this price is in your budget, and you are on the fence, give it at least one try. It probably the best granola I have ever tasted. And I even used to make my own, so that is saying something.Just the right amount sweetness, not too much, not too little.Seriously amazingly good!

I initially purchased this product at my local grocery store and loved it. Great flavor, great crunch, low in carbs, great to snack on. I found it difficult to get to the grocery store so I tried ordering from Amazon. The case I received had an expiration date about 6 weeks in the future. Close, but maybe I could share my 6 bags with someone (I didn't think I could eat a bag a week). However, upon opening a couple bags, they smelled funky and tasted off - not at all like what I had purchased from the grocery store, even though they weren't expired. I don't know where Amazon is storing these, but they might want to rethink it. I won't buy here again.

This is my favorite granola hands down. It has great flavor and the perfect crunch. I sprinkle it over my yogurt for a delicious breakfast or snack. I originally bought a large bag from Costco but Amazon only has these small bags which are not too cost effective.
