The book looks great on the outside and the layouts are very nice but the paper is not thick enough. I publish illustrated books on 60# stock paper and this is NOT that. I can see the black lines of the comic layouts on the other side of the pages, so these will not be suitable for drawing and then scanning pages, or for using markers of ANY kind. I'm sure my kids will enjoy them, but I won't be buying them again :(

This is exactly what I was looking for!!! I am using this in attempt to help my boys find a love for journaling and they were so excited when I pulled this out.

My 6 year old loves this. He draws in it almost every day, copying his DogMan comics panel for panel sometimes. The draws with washable markers and the pages only bleed though a little bit. There are SO MANY pages! Hours and hours of entertainment.

My 9 year old grandson loves to draw, plus he loves reading comic books. I thought why not blend both together and let him create his own stories and drawings? This is part of a Christmas gift along with crayons, colored pencils, and stencils. I hope his imagination is challenged enough for him to create both one page stories or an entire book on one topic...his choice. Highly recommend as book appears to be made very well and sturdy.

This is a fantastic book for a child who like to both draw and write! The pages are laid out in a format that easily flows from one frame to the next. Great for kids who like books like Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Dog Man; they can start using their imaginations to write their own stories.

Love the concept, my son loves to draw comics, so this is perfect. The only thing is the paper is see through, but overall it's good.

This is a cool idea.the inside looks just as explained. I'm bummed that the front cover has a couple tears. I wanted to give this as a give.now it's just going to sit in a pile and collect dust until I am able to return it.

I ordered this for my daughters 6th birthday and was so happy with it. It was thicker than expected and the pages seem to be good quality. My daughter loves drawing and making up stories and books, but it was creating such a mess since she was using printer paper. I also felt bad having to throw some of them out because they were such cute and funny stories, but I just didn’t have the space to kee them all. This way all her stories are in the pages of these books (I plan on getting more). I can even save them for when she’s older to share with her.

My son loved the book.It was delivered in good condition ,the quality of the pages is good as well and can withstand erasing and markers .Great way to encourage animation
