The ink still prints well, it has been almost a year since I bought it. I am pleased with so much printing and it's still worth the price.

This is an update to my previous review.The seller after reading our review took the initiative to contact us via email regarding the problems we experienced with the first toner cartridge.To our surprise they offered a full refund and sent us a new toner cartridges to replace the defective one. So I'm upgrading them to a full 4 stars for their excellent customer service I'm only deducting 1 * for the initial defective toner cartridge because we understand that sometimes defects slip in regardless of our best efforts. The seller went above and beyond by replacing the cartridge and issuing a refund even though the initial cartridge was past its warranty.The new cartridge appears to be working flawlessly, and now that I've gone back and looked at some of the original pages I printed with the first cartridge I see that there were some indications that the cartridge may have been defective that I had originally missed. There were streaks in the printing that I never noticed and smudging as well.I printed about 30 pages so far with the new cartridge and I've looked it over very carefully and they all look nice crisp and clean I don't see any of those streaking or smudges like we got with the first toner cartridge.No one can have a hundred percent perfect record and defects slip and we understand that. While the first cartridge was defective and created a mess we do appreciate the sellers prompt attention to rectify the matter, and we wholeheartedly recommend them and will be purchasing additional cartridges from them as needed. By the way the shipping was exceptionally fast the replacement cartridges here within a couple days after receiving the email and the refund wad received the same day.Once again we'd like to thank the seller for their excellent customer service.--------------update--------We bought this toner cartridge and while it worked well at first it died the second time we used it. When we first got the toner cartridge we printed about 10 pages , turn off the printer and didn't really need it for about a month or so. When we went to go use it again it started printing garbage.We opened up the printer to take out the toner cartridge and it dumped black toner all over the inside of the printer and all over my floor and all of my desk it made an absolutely horrific mess that took over an hour to clean.Still waiting to hear what the seller has to say about this

I have a Samsung SCX-3400 Samsung Printer. I removed the Orange cover, there was nothing else to pull out on the sides (shrug), and then there was something that said pull, but before I could remove the tape, the thing just fell out of the toner cover. So, anyway, I shake the cartridge, for 5-10 seconds and have already removed the old cart, and stuck in the new one. The cartridge works but PRINT is very light, It's not distributing the toner correctly. Not sure, I looked in the samsung software, and printer reports that it's at 82% full, no big deal, would be happy if it worked. We hardly print with this printer. I tried to print out a SOLID black image, and it's all faded still. Hmmm. Suggestions?** Update: So, I got the new "replacement" toner (thanks very much) ... Solved my issue, printer prints like brand new! Hopefully it will stay that way. I looked this time, now it says toner is 100% full. Hmmmm. I should also mention that this had some plugs to pull out on the sides but no tape or anything came with it. But no matter it works great! Thanks again! Now I have two toners carts, an empty one and one at 82% full. Hate to just throw them out, but if you don't want them, I guess, that's what I am going to do.

Nothing much to say except that it works on my Samsung ML-2165W laser printer. No problems with it except that the paper comes out curly at the ends, and I have been told that it is something to do with the humidity in the area where I keep the printer, not the toner cartridge itself. I can verify that it is not the cartridge, because I have changed it, used an original Samsung toner cartridge and the problem still persists. In either case, this is MUCH more economical than the original Samsung-branded cartridge. Will continue to use it for as long as I can. For my college classes, I have used one cartridge to print about 2 reams of paper and it still printed, even though the printer software showed "0% Remaining". Highly recommend to anyone.

E-Z ink ... replaced the defective toner cartridge. The new cartridge is working great !!! Every file has printed perfectly.Thank you E-Z ink for the great customer service. Returned defective unit with supplied return label. Amazon customer service needs to update E-Z Ink customer service phone number.Great work E-Z Ink !!!**********************************************************************************************************************************************************Time to update: Its been a few weeks since this review. I have to say that the first few days of using the product was great as you can tell in the original post. Now the the printer does not print clearly. Text is washed out or faded like if the toner is approaching the end. However when I inquire the supplies information window of the printer it states 96% toner remaining..... I removed the toner cartridge from the printer and shook it side to side in an attempt to get the toner to print evenly. Did not work. Guess I have to put in a return / replace request with amazon or EZ Ink.***********************************************************************************************************************************************************Worked perfectly on the printer. Disconnected power plug, replaced the old toner with new one, plugged back in, and has been working flawlessly so far. Time will tell on the page count.

Description says it works for Samsung ML-2165 but it doesn't, toner cartridge is not recognized. Tried shutting off/on a bunch but still nothing. Waste of time.

Toner worked perfectly. toner level reset to 100%. We'll see how long it last.

It worked on insertion. Print quality looks good and the price is great. As to longevity, we will see.
