Very Impressed
I have had name brand security cameras for years, two of which finally said they'd had enough and drowned themselves. Small cracks developed in the camera case itself where it joins with the mounting base allowing water to do the rest. Now I've only been running this camera for a couple of days but so far I'm impressed enough to get on here and write a review. Our waterfront home presents a challenge for security cameras even during the day due to dramatically different amounts of sunlight. All six of my cameras covering the water side of the property have difficulty when the area they are covering is divided between complete shade and bright sunlight. My name brand cameras completely flare out the bright portion of the picture, you wouldn't see an elephant walk past! Not this little guy and the picture I included tells the story. Please note that nothing was done to this picture besides cropping it to get the manufacturers name out of it. With my other cameras the sunlit portion of this picture would have flared out so badly you would have had a hard time even seeing the windows let alone the furniture. And if you look closely in the corner by the sliding glass door you'll see the motion detecting LED flood lights. They are very bright and would really cause problems for my old camera. When those LEDs came on at night that camera's picture would flare out so badly that I couldn't tell you if my Golden Retriever was at the sliding door. I tested this several times last night and this Zosi camera was great. When the LED floods came on the Zosi gave me a great, no flares picture. Forget the dog, now I'll be able to check the recording and finally find out which cat keeps leaving dead little presents in front of that door for me.This camera is mounted on top of a deck railing, completely exposed to the eliminates. It shouldn't take long to find out find out how well it's constructed. Would I recommend this camera to a friend? Not yet, I'll give it a few months, but if the image quality remains as is, then yes I would. But, in the meantime I'm getting two more of these to replace a couple other name brand cameras I'm not happy with anymore.Keep in mind that the 3.66mm lens doesn't provide a huge field of view so if you're trying to cover a large area with a single camera this may not be the camera for you. Also, because the deck has accent lighting at night I can't give you an honest opinion on the infrared capabilities. Although I certainly didn't notice any difference from the camera it replaced.PS: If you have an area that your cameras Ir doesn't provide enough light you might consider just adding an Ir emitter. They are inexpensive and can provide a lot of light in areas you currently can't see at night. Search Amazon for "CCTV ir illuminator".

These Cameras are Awesome. I Can't Say the Same for Zosi Customer Service. They are "DUH!"
I have Swann 4400 and 4500 DVRs. The 4400 only supports CVS and AHD 720p x 1280. The 4500 only supports TVI but will support 720p and 1080i. After reading customer satisfaction and on a whim, I purchased them. I was quickly disappointed that when I connected them to my 4400 DVR and switch to AHD, I did not have a picture. The manual is almost 99% useless. So I contacted Customer service to tell me the capabilities of these cameras as I seen on Ebay model 2112c are 1080i cameras. Customer service came back with wanting to know who, when and where I purchased, etc. Zosi website is 100% useless. It has no camera specifications or user manuals. So the reason I gave the manual 99% useless is that it did say there were setup menus in the camera and it tells you which way to push the joystick for what format. I connected to a standard monitor. I was able to enter the menus and I found the following. These are not 720p cameras but 720p/1080i cameras in several frame rates. These cameras in AHD and TVI default to 1080i. I was able to switch them to 720p and they worked with my Swann 4400 dvr. When I connected them to my Swann 4500 dvr, it didn't care and worked right away as long as it is in TVI both 720p and 1080i.What I was most impressed with is the night vision quality of these cameras. It must be because it has the square LEDs vs. others with dome LEDs. The Swan camera I replaced had only a "flashlight" tunnel of light with spec of 65ft. The Zosi lite up the cameras full vision of view in pitch black darkness. For a $20 camera, these are awesome for what you get in an HD camera. So the initial resolution and night vision are awesome, I just hope they hold up. In my opinion, if you have either Swan DVR I mentioned above, throw out your swan cameras and replace them with these. You won't regret it as it will breath new life into your security system.

Great Price and good service
I have ordered these cameras in the past and I need 1 more and a spare last week. One of the cameras was fine and one was faulty. No problem getting the seller to immediately send me another one and I received it the very next day. I had to edit my review because the replacement camera that I was sent is now doing the same thing as the last one. Flickers on and off randomly. Will not ordered from this seller again.

Picture quality is great! It senses motion really easily. It stores quite a while. Weve looked back weeks but not months yet

Customer Service???? Wow! Bad
To date (2days) and 14 emails later I have still yet to get a response as to whether or not they are going to replace the camera. The 26th of July I received the system. 7 days ago I installed the system. No problems at all. Easy to install. Yesterday, one of the cameras just quit. I did a multitude of test to troubleshoot the problem. There troubleshooting department wanted me to go as far as, “ find a 12volt, 2amp power source and plug into the camera to see if the infrared comes on. This is after all the other troubleshooting I performed. Bye then I had it. Your camera is bad, I hadn’t even owned a month. Send me a new one. Nope, as of right now I’m still waiting to hear back from them. My last email they said they are waiting for the customer service back office to come into work BEJING time zone. In the future I will try and do everything and anything to avoid this company. Also, the huge lag in response while trying to troubleshoot is a major deal killer for me. I don’t think they realize what a major hassle it was. I’m sure they are using email in order to translate. Thus, part of the lag. Regardless, a 3 day wait???? Bad
