I teach yoga for a living and lift heavy and have for 20 years, so I've tried about every legging, been an ambassador, spent 150 bucks on them, and 7 bucks. The Gym People Leggings are THE REAL DEAL! I'm a convert! (and I bought them fair and square, no "ambassador" deals here). I live in the things and move every possible which way, sweat, bend over, twist - and multiple times a day. For me to love a legging they have to be thick, high waisted, stay put and not bind anywhere - a fairly high bar. I ordered the black, high waisted workout pants, both fleece lined and unlined. For reference, I've bought kiragrace tights for YEARS - 100 bucks a pair minimum, but they're the only ones that have ticked all the boxes for this curvy, muscly full time yoga pro. No more! I'm a The Gym People convert - I've worn these tights for a couple of days now - one each :) - and I'll order more. They do exactly what you want workout/yoga wear to do: not need your attention all day, hoping you're covered, not see-through, falling out, or pinching somewhere uncomfortable. AND pockets! They look great, too!

I love these pants. They fit great are true to size and are very comfortable to wear all day. Def worth the money. I ordered black and wear them all the time. They last for a long time

I love these leggings! I'm a big butt girly, and a little unconfident with my new mom bod. Getting dressed has been a chore lately, so I decided to treat myself to some clothes that fit and feel good. I got these in 2 colors and might get more!I'm 5'5" and 150 but my legs are very short and I carry most of my weight on my hips. I wish I could give these leggings 4.5 stars.Downsides: They hold onto pet hair, they are thick to the point of being a little bit warm (thats a double-edged issue, of course), and the horizontal butt-seams are a little flattening to the visuals of the bum.Upsides: They have a cotton-like feel rather than the flimsy spandex feel a lot of leggings for the same price have, they are COMPRESSIVE (but not uncomfortably so-- just definitely compressive), they are not see-through-- I'm 5'8", 28" waist, 43.5" hips, ~170lbs, and I dabble in powerlifting, and these leggings have never given me a moment to worry about material thickness or seam-failure when doing my squats (175lbs pr) or deadlifts (295lbs pr :)--, and they even are supple enough and comfy enough to do yoga and stretching regimens in. I would give my left tata for this company to make the same leggings as these, but with a butt-lift seam or more flattering butt-construction, even with pet-hair retention and all. (pet hair keeps the wussy dudes at the gym away-- only the strong-minded ones approach lol)

Absolutely love these the material is comfortable! The high waist has tummy control and holds everything in to give you that snatched look. I gata say these are a dream after 3 kids and 3 c-sections later i finally found some legging that make me feel amazing! So i had to get them in every color! If your pondering about thus purchase just buy them you wont be disappointed!

Thick fabric. Soft, but not silky smooth to the touch like I expected and prefer.They tend to wrinkle bunch up behind the knees when walking. I personally don’t like the feel. It reminds me of when I was a child and leggings bunched.Also not a control top/tummy area. The waist elastic is very strong and snug though.

Needed a new pair of go-to black leggings that would work for casual and also going out when paired w a white tank and Jean jacket. These are the perfect leggings for that. True to size and a fair amount of compression. Love. Will be getting more:)

I haven’t fully tested these out yet, but so far I’m impressed with the quality! They are nice and thick and the tummy band is nice and tall. I’m looking forward to using these at the gym!Edit:After owning these for a few months, I have nothing but amazing things to say! I love the fabric and the fit of these leggings! One note, I can’t tell if I’ve lost weight or I’ve stretched these out over time with use. They don’t fit me skin tight anymore, not even after a fresh wash.
