AFTER TRYING THIS AND SEVERAL OTHERS [ DIFFERENT STYLES AND PRICES ] THIS IS THE WINNER - ITS SO COMFORTABLE TO WEAR AND THE SOUND IS GREAT - NO WHISTLES ETC - AND NO BATTERIES JUST RECHARGE [TAKES ABOUT AN HOUR ] . IT COMES WITH RECHARGING UNIT, PLUG[ NOT UK STANDARD] BUT YOU CAN CHARGE IT FROM LAPTOP ETC SO NO PROBLEM THERE, A SMALL BRUSH FOR CLEANING AND SEVERAL SIZES OF EAR CONES . A REAL BARGAIN FOR ANYONE WHO IS HARD OF HEARING AND DOESNT WANT TO SPEND A FORTUNE ON A HEARING AID. I HAVE JUST ORDERED A SECOND ONE.

Like it a lot but when on 1 there's no volume till you get to nearly full volume

Short life battery poor sound quality but what i expected for the cheap price.

This hearing aid volume does not adjust Low enough, there is very little adjustment or different between Low & High and far too loud even on the lowest setting. The product is therefore not suitable and does not allow for the correct adjustment required.

I have just bought another one - after a couple of years - so I can always have a fully charged one on stand-by. The first one I bought is still in daily use and works perfectly. If you are still "undecided" - at this price ... jump in. The joy is ... they are 're-chargeable - no faffing around with batteries. The charge lasts 4 - 5 hours. In first use - the amplification may sound a little "hollow" and it picks up - every sound. Thing is - experiment with the volume - until it's right for you. After using this device - your brain starts to filter out background reception ... it's just something that happens all by itself. Watching and hearing the TV again - effortlessly ... is wonderful. Buy it - persist for a few days ... and you won't want to go anywhere without it. By the way - from dead - the re-charge takes around an hour and a half.

Good sound, only problem is l am quite small and the wire from the aid is far to long. Because if this it doesn’t stay in my ear and slips out and dangles down the back of the ear

Am now using this quite a lot - I think it is a very good unit for the price. I'm over 70 and my high frequency hearing is poor.The only adjustment is the volume control (plus On/Off) but that's all I need - the frequency response is just right.I keep it in the charger when not in use and find that handy - also the fact you can use it in either ear.You can't change the earpiece but the one on it works fine for me.

Yes, it amplifies the sound BUT also every ambient noise and lacks any other feature to improve sound other than volume. Does not improve overall hearing ability. Rechargeable batteries are a great feature. Sorry - but will return item.
