When I first got the bottle, it must have been some sort of factory short fill. HOWEVER, WITHIN ONE DAY, the supplier shipped me a new bottle. So for that, I have increased the stars from 1 to 5.The product itself meets expectations. It smells a little like grapefruit and with multiple uses, you can see that it's depositing light grey color to my silver hair. My hair feels and looks great.8.24.19 I received the conditioner along with a bottle of the same brand of shampoo. I thought it was odd that the shampoo had a celophane seal on it and the conditioner did not. Opened the bottle of conditioner to find its NOT A FULL BOTTLE!

This works well - but it does deposit color on lighter hair and darkens the base

I leave mine in a little longer than called for and it works well.

Investigation is needed into this seller and product. As others have said, bottle is unsealed and not full of product. I received 5.30 ounces of the 8.25 claimed on the bottle. I measured it upon receipt since i could tell the bottle was not full. And what little product I did receive was virtually colored water! No conditioning for my hair whatsoever nor was there any change in color! Do not be deceived by the description and what obviously are photo shopped examples! I demand a FULL REFUBD!

I’ve been using is product for about a year now or it is the best. It smells amazing and works great!The only bad thing I can say about it is that it makes bad your hair feel kinda dry when using a lot so in between washes I like to use a deep conditioning mask to keep my hair feeling soft and looking healthy.

This didn't work! I bought it to silver my yellow bleached hair to blend in with my Silver roots. Loved the smell but am I doing something wrong? If not, I'll return it after a 2nd try
