Have had this type of candle for a couple of years now, bought from local garden centre. Decided to get some more for other rooms but all I could find in the shops were ones without timers. Eventually saw on line with the added bonus of a remote control. Pleased with them when they arrived, although quite a bit narrower than my others (I had been expecting this as it clearly stated it in information) but looked good grouped together. Unfortunately ‘wick’ of the tallest candle would not stay in place. I emailed the company and got an immediate response. They dealt with the replacement efficiently and quickly and I cannot fault their service.

These candles are really nice to look at and, in low lighting, it is difficult to tell them from the real thing.The company handled a minor query quickly, professionally and in a friendly, helpful manner.They last a long time on NiCad batteries thanks to the automatic timer function.I bought them for Christmas but they are still on display in my living room (having recharged the batteries a couple of times).A bit of brightness in these dark (covid) times.Phil Summers

These candles are very realistic and give off a lovely glow. I like the fact they are safe to use around children and pets. Battery life ( 2xAA) is very good too. The glow will diminish as the batteries run low but will sustain four to five evenings use easily.

The three shorter ones appear are amazing, you know they're battery but you find yourself doubting it as they look so real!.The two taller ones are a little off, one of them moves very robotically and and looks very fake, the other doesn't move at all.

They look really nice and realistic, and add a lovely glow. However, there is definitely a lack of inconsistency in the product. When it arrived the small candle was very dim and wouldn’t work with the control. The sellers were great and sent me another set. When I opened it, this set was much brighter than the previous set.

These lights look so realistic that I bought a second set. I love that I can turn them on and off at will with the remote control. I'm looking forward to setting them on timer as a warm welcoming look for my hall

Love this set. I bought it after seeing it at a family members home. The flame top moves which makes it look more real than other battery powered candles. It arrived quick and was well packaged. Would recommend

Generally good. Large one is temperamental as the connections are loose. But looks good, doesnt have a cheap feel and the "flame" moves as the air flows. Looks authentic.
