You Can Double Your Class in Two Years or Less

Our class more than tripled in one year and we are now planting a new class to continue the growth.Josh gives really good practical advice. I definitely recommend this book to anyone in leadership or anyone that wants reach others and have a lasting impact.

This is a quick easy read full of great ideas. Well written and lots of practical ideas. Highly recommend.

Why wouldn't you want more people to know about God's love? Every church needs a plan for reaching more people with the good news! Josh has put together tried and true principles that can help you reach people better--not through programs, but through relationships! Most churches have some kind of small groups, yet after the group leaders are recruited they are left to fly by the seat of their pants. Give them a plan for reaching people better. Josh's admonition to "teach a halfway decent lesson" is not to minimize the quality of the class, but to encourage people who are not fabulous teachers to go ahead and make a difference in the Kingdom of Heaven by reaching people through friendship and love. This book needs to be read and used more!

Josh Hunt knows about what he writes about. His guidance on leading small groups has worked. Using his methods, our small group has more than doubled over the years. Josh helps you break down the basic steps needed to have a small group that people want to attend, and invite others to come visit. I've read tons of his materials, and have used his lesson outlines for about 7 years at least.

While the title of this book is a dud (No offense, Josh!), the content is almost earth-shatteringly good!The ideas are really quite simple and anyone could do them, it would just take some work. Really we should all be doing these things, anyway. I suspect you could do quite a bit more than double your class in two years, if you diligently did what the book suggests.

Gave these away at our teacher's training this year. Very inspirational and instructive. Amazon had a great selection of used to choose from. Great bibliography of supportive materials for future research. I'll be watching this author for more.

A must read for the teacher wanting to see students grow in faith, which causes the class to grow.
