If you're picky with trees, BUY THIS!!
Since I was little I've been a REAL tree kinda gal. The smell, the joy and adventure of picking out the perfect tree, it was amazing.Theeennn I became an adult at some point and every year the fun has been fewer and farther in between. The traffic to go get the tree, the agony of picking a tree my OCD will be happy with, (this could take hours and many different tree farms to happen), the sap that gets EVERYWHERE! The trail of pine needles left behind once it's inside, (not to mention finding said pine needles for months on end after Christmas) the constant watering the tree needs. And maybe the worst offence of all is the tree slowly but surely drooping and dying a week before Christmas, without fail, and becoming petrified to the point some ornaments just will not come off. There are other offences but those are the most irritating. So after the obligatory Christmas day photographs and seeing a dead petrified tree in the background last year, I had enough. Next year, I said, we're getting a fake tree.Well good grief I had no idea how much fake trees actually cost! Not for decent ones anyhow. I mean is Balsam Hill seriously charging $1000+ for good fake trees? Do I look like a trust fund baby? I don't think so!I resigned to an obviously fake looking tree that I could afford, but would be without the hassle of years passed and was ok with my decision. Then I happened upon this beauty. I literally searched hundreds of trees on dozens of sites. Couldn't find one that I liked the look of. I didn't want a perfectly symmetrical tree that looked like a triangle. I wanted depth and character.I could not believe my luck! I saw the preview image of this tree and instantly knew that it was the one for me. I was just hoping beyond hope that the review photos would look like the preview images.I then went through all of the User submitted images and could not believe my good luck! I was amazed at how gorgeous the tree actually looked once it was fluffed up in all of those images.I wasted no time and bought this beauty. It was supposed to arrive about a week and a half after I purchased it. Which I thought was odd because it was a prime deal. But I knew that I wouldn't find another one like it so I was willing to wait.Lo and behold to my surprise it arrived about 4 days after I ordered it! I could not have been happier.I purchased the non-lit tree because I wanted to be able to change the type of lights that go on the tree if I ever wanted to.There was nothing fancy about how the tree was shipped, it was simply in a big cardboard box with the company logo on it. There are three sections to the 7'5 tree. Each branch is hinged on to its section and when you flip it upright, they fall into place. The inside branches of the tree are the plastic green old school branches that you are probably used to. But all of the outer layer tips of the tree are quite real looking, more real looking than anything else I found that wasn't Balsam Hill. And as you can see from my images, you have to look pretty hard to see any of the obviously fake bits, as they are mainly to hide the base of the tree interior.A few words of caution however; it will take you quite a while, about 4 hours for me, to fluff up the tree to your liking. Again I have OCD so it may not actually take you that long.I would highly recommend, as I didn't realize this until after the tree was finished, that I would use gloves of some sort when fluffing the tree. It wasn't until I used some hand sanitizer and nearly died that I realized how many paper cut like lashes I had up and down my arms and hands.I should have figured this out beforehand, but never really having a fake tree or at least never being the one to fluff any fake tree left me devoid of that particularly useful knowledge.I would also fluff each section separately. Having all sections on the tree and then fluffing is an absolute nightmare. This only took me about a half hour in to realize this.I don't have much experience with fake trees but what I can tell you is that with the copious amounts of research that I have done to try and find a budget tree that looks as real as possible, this is about the only one out there that met all of my criteria and then some.I did have one small piece of a branch break off, a very small section, and there were some pine needles that did fall after the fluffing episode. I believe all that is to be expected though.Overall I could not be happier and hopefully you can see from the images provided from myself and others this is a truly spectacular fake tree and I have no doubt that you will love it!

Stunning
My first time buying a fake tree!! Moved from a ski town to Savannah, GA. I fake tree seemed like the best way to go. I did so much research. Settled on this 10ft! Incredible quality. You won’t regret buying this! I fluffed the top portion before I topped it, which helped a lot! I was also able to rotate each section and fluff, then spin, then fluff! I loved the two tone color and the two different materials. It definitely gives it a more real quality! BUY IT!!

In love with this tree!
This is my first fake tree. It’s gorgeous. It looks insanely real. Don’t hesitate on purchasing one! The picture doesn’t do it justice, as this was just a quick fluff out of the box to see if I would like it.

BEYOND good - this tree is fantastic!
The media could not be loaded. I really can't say enough good things about this artificial tree. I was amazed, when I was finished putting it together, how realistic it looks. (We had a Holiday party, and MANY people thought the tree was real! A far cry from artifical Christmas trees, back when I was a kid!) Easy to put together - and actually sort of fun! You DO have to spend some time, opening all the little branches, (to make the tree "come to life") - but it actually becomes fun... You wind up feeling like an artist, creating a tree... deciding how THIS branch might be reaching for the sun... or THAT branch might be in shadow... It really does become a game of making your tree look unique. I love it. (We also burn a pine-scented candle - and I swear, you think the tree is real.) RECOMMEND

Great tree
This tree is a great height and wide so be prepared to have room for it in your home. We live in a tiny apartment and it’s taken over my living room but I love it ! About 14 of the tips fell off while fluffing it and be prepared to fluff fluff fluff for hours and hours but once done it will look realistic ! One side of the tree was more bare than the other. Overall I think this tree is beautiful and highly recommend this as your forever tree !

Better than the expensive trees!
I got the Foxtail Pine 7.5’ unlit tree. I LOVE it! I have two top of the line Balsam Hill trees. The foxtail seems the most realistic. The PVC tips as well as the filler needles are the same on both the expensive trees and the Fox Tail Pine. The shape and coloring on the Foxtail Pine is just perfect. I posted a picture of the 9’ Balsam Hill Fraser fir flip in the background and the Foxtail pine up close. You can see the straight A shape of the Balsam Hill while The Foxtail Pine has dimension making it look real. Some of the branches that shoot off the main branches are flimsy and wouldn’t hold an ornament. I think this adds to the charm as real trees have branches like that. So if you like to go heavy with the ornaments this tree may not fit as many ornaments as you would like. I feel for us there are still plenty of strong limbs on the tree for us to decorate with. If I had to choose between the 2.5k expensive Balsam Hill or this one I would definitely chose this Foxtail Pine.I absolutely love it! I have it displayed as my fall/thanksgiving tree which I decorate with pumpkins. Looking forward to decking it for Christmas too!

Love love love!!!
I love love love this tree!!! It looks like a real tree!!! I got the 6.5 foot un-lit. It comes in three sections which easily pop together. It takes awhile at first to unfold and adjust the branches but oh my goodness it looks real!! It is unlike any other fake tree I have ever seen!! I love the look of a real tree but I am sick of the hassle. I read a lot of reviews and settled on this gem and so happy I did!!! I am writing this review in March and I still have this tree up and lit in my living room!!! I love it so much I do not want to take it down!!! It is gorgeous!! :)
