A standard match or trainer rugby ball usually weighs around 400–450 grams. This makes it less suitable for serious training or gameplay, as it doesn’t replicate the feel of a proper rugby ball.Purpose: Given its weight, it feels more like a recreational or youth training ball rather than something for adults use.Bottom Line: It’s fine for casual practice or recreational games, but if you’re looking for a proper ball, the weight might be a dealbreaker. Make sure to check your needs before buying.

Impressed by quality and appearance so bought two more. Other balls only last about a month but Will have to see how long this one will stand up to the pounding it gets.
