I looked at a lot of these before deciding to purchase this one. It’s nice and bright. Kind of a pain to clean because of how badly the chalk smears over the glass. Its a good size and nice and bright. My only gripe is this board needs to be constantly plugged in to work. It’s not rechargeable so you will always have to deal with the cord being in the way which is a bit of a pain and inconvenient aesthetically. I don’t understand why there are two parts to the cord that need to be connected together. It would be much easier if you could control the lights from the back of the board but you can’t. The lighting control switch is in the middle of the cord. This is why I dropped one star. But this product is definitely one of the most affordable for it’s size and it comes with 10 chalk markers, a cute folder which I didn’t expect that contains cute sticker sheets, and a small soft rag to wipe the board. I was also impressed with how well packed this product was. The manufacturer took a lot of care to ensure this board arrives to you in perfect condition.

This LED message board was purchased to replace the old flimsy one that was nearly falling apart. I was a little skeptical in purchasing this product due to the cost. Afterall the previous one that I had purchased was considerably cheaper, but it did get the job done. Once I finally decided to make the purchase, I was pleasantly surprised after receiving the product in the mail two days later through Amazon prime.The LED writing board was perfectly packaged in a flat rectangular box just large enough to hold the board in place. Bubble wrap encased the top layer to protect the screen from breakage during the travel process. The drawing board was clearly made from a high-quality acrylic panel. I could just tell by the appearance that this board was definitely worth the money as compared to the older one. The one thing that I noticed was that the edges were round as opposed to the sharp square edges on the older one. The round edges looked sleek and was less prone to damage if it were dropped. The weight of this board was not too heavy and not too light thus it would be able to withstand the wind if it were to be used outside. The acrylic panel was also protected with a thick black trim that would give the board another layer of protection. After examining the new board, I also found more items. The extra items included were a set of liquid chalk markers, stickers, stencils, and a remote control for the color flash modes. The markers worked extremely well expelling rich color onto the drawing board.When it was finally time to put it to the test, the results exceeded my expectations. The board was used outside during an evening event. The colorful board flashed to beckon the way to party goers. Unfortunately, we were hit with a bit of wind and light rain. The electrical components of the board were never affected, and the colors never bled. The board only fell once due to the wind but there was no damage. After tried and tested, I must say this was a smart purchase and the money was well spent on a quality product. I will be purchasing again in the future.

This product is advertised as a great gift for kids. This product is extremely hard to clean once used. Young kids would have a terrible time trying to clean the screen once they drew a picture. Wiping the screen clean after use is very difficult even for an adult. The markers smear when wiped and without using some sort of solvent (not recommended) the screen never comes completely clean. Kids would have a terrible time with this and it would greatly diminish their experience.

Ordered two for my 2 grandson Christmas. No instructions and one is clearly broken/used. Doesn't illuminate properly, missing parts. Started a return only to find out it’s non returnable (which is not listed in the product description). I would go ahead and order another while awaiting a refund if not for that. So, I’m one week away from Christmas and don’t have a working gift for one grandchild. Emailed Amazon. We will see if they make it right. The other tablet is nice, but there are no clear instructions. Two stars because I paid for a new product and was sent a product very clearly used/broken.

Nice art tablet bought for my granddaughter birthday.

Product works great but the customer service is even better. Had a slight cord issue and they replaced it right away. Got the grandkids back to playing with it in no time. Highly recommend the product and the company

This thing is awesome. Bought it for my daughter but I find myself playing with it often. Buy it, you’ll love it!
