I am 65, with arthritis and back problems. I have a bone on bone left knee and a bone on bone right ankle and also have a radial head replacement on my right arm, that cause me a lot of discomfort. Due to these issues I am unable to exercise or even take walks, so I decided to try a rebounder. I just started using it today, it is magnificent! I could feel it working the muscles in my feet, ankles, calves, thighs, hips and derriere. And the best part about it was no pain ! Not only do I feel it working right away, BUT IT'S FUN! It doesn't even feel like exercising. I like the fact that it folds up for storage because I am in a one-bedroom apartment. Like I said I've had it a day and I love it! I've had exercise bikes and other exercise equipment and always felt it was just so boring and so blah. But with this in front of my TV it's actually motivating and fun! I wish I would have known about rebounders a long time ago. Also I am a very heavy set person and this rebounder holds my weight very well and without any issues. I did buy the warranty for repair just in case, due to the fact that I am on the heavy side. Also this rebounder comes with 2 handheld resistant Bungie's that you can use or just tuck under the rebounder. The balance bar is a total must for someone my age and clumsiness, not to mention that I am low vision! I am over the moon with this purchase. I would advise anybody who hates exercising to purchase one of these, because it is loads of fun. You don't even think you're exercising although you do feel it! The price was awesome. I received the package on my front porch the next day! My niece put it together for me because I am low vision and it was easy and simple to put together. She said the instructions were awesome and her seven-year-old son loves that I have a little trampoline in my house! Love this product so far, love everything about it. And I think that this rebounder is going to help me love my life more by helping my arthritis and my inactivity. This product is not a flimsy cheap piece of equipment! It is made to last! It was packaged well and there were no missing pieces nothing done scraped scratched. It came with extra pieces so if you need to replace anything you have spare parts. I could go on and on about this product I am totally in love! Christmas is coming get your parents, grandparents, teenagers and super cool fun and healthy gift!

This is a great rebounder! We have had it for over 2 months. I wanted to really test it out before leaving a review. It took about 15 minutes to put together with tools provided. It's a well-made rebounder, very sturdy and quiet with the bungee cords versus metal springs. It came with a bar which I needed for extra support and bonus hand grips for an added workout. I have used it 4-5 times per week. My husband uses it about 3 times a week, and he weighs 210 pounds, no problems handling any type of workout. This rebounder is a great value, and I recommend it for anyone starting out and not wanting to invest too much. Rebounders in general are such a great, versatile, total-body workout that's fun! You can add so many different moves-adding jumps and kicks or gentle bouncing. I have already seen improvement in my strength, and better definition in my muscles. I have a heart condition and cannot do high-impact workouts or lift heavy weights, and my husband has osteoarthritis in both knees. The rebounder allows us both to get a great and effective workout safely and pain-free!

Exactly what I was looking for when it came to a workout trampoline. I did some research before making this purchase and found out that this exact trampoline is perfect for beginners. The build quality is definitely spot on as you can tell by the bounce, bungees and also the overall product itself. The value of the money for this is reasonable and honestly could be more so this is a fair price. Weight capacity works for myself and my little one who finds it exciting to use. The only con to this trampoline is how the legs have to be screwed on and off so folding it will take more time. The folding of the trampoline is a pain in the butt as it is not a one person job and is very very hard due to the bungees. I also only received on safety pin which was a little concerning but there doesn’t seem to be a need for two safety pins.

I just received this today and got it put together by myself with little effort. I did end up with an injury snapping the pieces together on the bar. You do have to be very careful to not get pinched While doing this. Overall this trampoline seems fairly sturdy. They tell you the bar is wobbly and it is but is still good enough to help with your balance while jumping. I already had a good work out on this. For me the spring tension was just fine. I put on some music and went to town and found it very enjoyable.They do tell you in the instructions that this will be stiff initially trying to fold up and put away. I honestly am not sure I will even bother with it considering that the Folding hinges seem really tight. After hurting myself on another part of it , I personally don’t think I will bother folding it up. The legs can come off and fold flat for storage and I think for me that will be good enough. Over all, and for the price I would recommend this trampoline. Just use caution while setting up and taking down.

I’m 78 and bought this rebounder to help drain my lymphatics system plus built muscle, improve circulation. I love having the balance bar for secure support, however one of the attachment screws would not thread into the place needed on the bar, caused by faulty threads on the screw.I contacted the customer support email listed on the product which was in China, they asked for pictures and video of faulty screw, which I provided, and without any further communications, I received the part quickly, all is now well, bouncing with bar support! I highly recommend this product, and seller! Excellent customer service! Thank you so much!

So far it’s good, the only issue is that I have to go under and retighten the legs every so often. My 8 year old will bounce on it for hours a day so it’s great to get kids energy out too-esp if they are doing something like just watching tv. Was easy to assemble.
