The glass is great quality—super clear and smooth to the touch. It comes with a frame that helps align it perfectly on the screen, which made the application super easy. It fits perfectly and gives me real confidence in its protection.

I've been using ZAGG screen protectors for years and always been very pleased with their ability to protect my phone screens and ability to hold up under tough conditions.In January I purchased a ZAGG screen protector for a new iPhone XR. It recently cracked, for reasons unknown, as I have the phone in a good case and don't recall dropping or banging it against anything. I went to ZAGG's website and attempted to obtain a replacement under warranty, but the protector I have is "out of stock". As a part of the selection process for warranty, ZAGG attempts to "upsell" you a different warranty replacement screen for significantly more than the original screen costs.Now maybe this is just a fluke, but I found sort of sketchy. I can wait for a week or two and try again, but if my screen continues to be out of stock when it continues to be available from ZAGG's store on Amazon, I'm guessing it's a business practice to get more money out of you.If this is the case, I'll be looking elsewhere for screen protectors.

The media could not be loaded. It broke immediately, it chips, I got a piece of glass in my thumb once. Very dissatisfied...Updated: it does the jobok, I have to be clear, my phone drops a lot. My disappointment with this at first was because I had a ZAGG shield like 7 years ago, on an iPhone 4 and it was very flexible, like elastic, but strong at the same time. This one is not! The person who installed that old one left a bubble on the screen, and blamed it on the shield’s installation instructions, wish included a tiny spray water bottle. The guy apologized with me and didn’t charge for the installation. Thanks goodness! I was so disappointed, the bubble was so bad, that I removed the shield in a corner, just peeled it off (it was bendable, rubbery) and fixed the bubble and it was all good, it was such a great screen protector that I got the same brand for my new phone iPhone 6 like 4 years ago. That one was rigid but it still had that rubbery texture to the touch, my husband told me that’s because the use a technology that they use on the helicopter blades. This one feels definitely more south, like just regular glass, but when I removed it a minute ago it does feel rubbery on the adhesive part, not very sticky by the way, I think that’s where they put their helicopter blades technology, like the geico’s fingers that adhere by something like suction... anyways, I dropped my phone last week on a rock, hard and solid, and it smushed the protector but the shield did it’s job, it bumped so bad that the protector even had a hole, I could see through it that my phone didn’t break! So it did was was supposed to do! I just purchased a new one because when I tried to return it (hey, I had to try, it says “life guarantee”..?) they don’t cover it through Amazon, you have to contact the seller, and when you do you have to fill the a questionnaire...

I have to say that I am in charge of phone protection for a family business. So, when everyone wants something different ways (one person wants a modern cover, one wants a heavy duty cover, one wants a light cover...blah blah), the ONLY rule I have kept is WE ALWAYS have screen protector and a phone case.We had ZAGG purchased same day as upgrades for a few years...then in January I went along with the phone associate’s idea. I can’t remember the name of the company. But I was shocked at the fact that the protection was only gonna guarantee the product itself wouldn’t break...not the phone screen. I was sort of amazed...but then, as I understand it, ZAGG is the same way.So, having said this...ZAGG still holds up better than the phone folks’ recommended product. I have not modified my life in any way, the ZAGG is still looking new. only glitch: the very top corners sometimes look like they are trying to separate from the phone...but it is a very small corner of the top corner of phone. The installation was pretty simple, but I would recommend watching a video or two since someone always has a secret bit of info not in printed instructions.Even if companies are no longer going to really guarantee the screen itself, and only guarantee the protector...ZAGG is still the way to go.
