Working fine, hot water ready within 2-3 minutes...

Product is good, but it's indicator lamp stopped working within a months. Complaint was filed with the customer support but the technician arrived without any indicator light and returned by commitment to replace the light. Complaint is still not attended despite of several follow-ups.

It definitely is an excellent item. I would recommend anyone to go for it instead of any other make.This recommendation is supported by my personal experience of usage of this item for the last 20 yrs.

There is NO Dealer stamp on Warranty card and nothing detail is given on warranty card

1. Product - can I add more 5 stars!. it's still d best and top rated geyser. it had hanging screws. It gives d feeling of Spa in ur bathroom. Amazingly Refreshing.2. local shops - most in mumbai don't have Spherehot. so they mislead to other brands.3. Hot water - u will njoi d fast flow. that's bathing. u can effectively use it for Arthritis, Muscle Spasm. Winters m waiting for u...4. Build / Model - this is d smartest looking geyser. if u get the black model, ur lucky. I installed from my electrician.5. Value for money - smart looks, fast delivery, satisfying bathing xperience.tip ~ if u can bath widout lights, u will love d smart blue lights running vertical

Was disappointed as it takes a while for water to get heated plus the flow has to be very restricted to find your hot water. Verdict- Unsatisfactory Performance, Didn't expect it from Spherehot.

pathetic..pathetic... amazon and hardtrac dont value their customer at all... received faulty piece from amazon... spherehot is not responding to my complaint lodged on 02/09/2020, customer care, regional service centre & local service centre none of them responding... Sphere hot service centre keeps on saying that u have purchased it online so he cant help in ur region?
