This is some GOOD EYELINER. It applies so smoothly and satisfyingly, a clean line and super easy to apply. Quite opaque too, but if you want more opacity and intensity you can just apply again over ur previous application (don't have to wait for it to dry) and you've got pitch black on your eyes. The tip doesn't fray or dry out at all as far as i've used it and it's not harsh on your skin or eyes. Definitely not waterproof, but VERY SMUDGE RESISTANT once it dries.I would deduct a point for having to wait a small while (only like 30 seconds to a minute with no fan) for it to dry, but I love this stuff too much. HOW SMUDGE RESISTANT?? Well, I have tics due to my ADHD which cause me to blink really hard a bunch. All day. This stuff did NOT SMUDGE all day. While normally by the end of the day i'd look like i'd gotten punched, this stuff only left a small amount of grey under my eyes which was easily removed with a tiny bit of water or spit. I wore this all day yesterday, rubbed my eyes, and even slept in it. It only came off in the area very close to my eye (my eyes water when I lay down). SUPER COMFY. Doesn't lay on too thick, isn't chunky, nothing. Can't even feel the stuff, I forget I'm wearing it all the time (hence the eye rubbing and falling asleep in it). GENTLE ON SKIN AND EYES!!! Again, I wore this all day and slept in it, no eye irritation, skin irritation, not even in the slightest. Doesn't clump out my lashes or dry out my skin. Its like nothing at all. I. Love. This. Stuff.

This is my favorite eyeliner, hands down! I love the tip. It works like a paintbrush but it's foam, so you don't have little strands of the brush making erroneous marks. I used to use the hyper easy eyeliner, and the little hairs on the brush would get caught on the tube when I put the wand back in. Then when I'd use it, it would have some hairs sticking out to the side and get extra marks on my eyelids. This tip avoids that problem but is flexible. It is just as dark as the other brush tip eyeliners, which is much darker than the pencil ones. It's also pointed at the end and makes a precision line. I like to do the cat eye look and it's perfect for that. I also like that it lasts a really long time. I've had the same one for at least 6 months and it's just now needing to be replaced.Just a heads up, though--the listing says waterproof, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the package or tube, and it sure doesn't seem waterproof. If my eyes start watering, the corners come off and smudge against my eyelids. The rest of it will be fine, but the corners always smear when wet. This seems to be more true for tears than water, though. Humidity doesn't do much, just my eyes watering or sweating. For me, the ease of application and length of use makes it worth that little annoyance. And anyway, waterproof makeup has forever plastics (pfas) in it, so I'm happy if this doesn't.

This is my favorite liquid eyeliner. All day wear, easy to get close to lash line. Very beginner friendly. Can be creative or minimalistic. Glide:Glides smoothly. Not choppy. Durability:Last until I remove it at bedtime. All day hold.Waterproof:Water and sweat proofColor:Vibrant Longevity:Maintain its use until the product is gone. Doesn't dry out in use.

For my entire life I could NOT do liquid eyeliner. My hand would just shake way too much. This is the only eyeliner that I was somehow magically able to use and it comes out beautifully. The way I learned how to do liquid eyeliner was I used to tape around my eye and use a thin brush to put on black eyeshadow instead of liner. That got my hand much more steady and it was good practice. Once I bought this eyeliner, my hand was much steadier and perfect for this product.It is not water proof at ALL and it does smudge easily but that isn’t a problem for me. This probably isn’t the eyeliner for someone who is very good at makeup and wants extravagant looks. But as someone who messes up easily, this was perfect for me. It usually lasts all day. I’ve used this product for over a year and I just bought a second one in a different color. I bought the brown and it looks the exact same as black. Cant see a single difference which is disappointing

I love this eyeliner! The colour is a deep green which really makes your eyes pop without being too dramatic. The pen glides easily and is perfect if you don't have a steady hand but can correct easily with a Q-tip if needed. One of these lasts for ages and you won't find something similar at a better price. I've been using this for the last 6 years and love it.

Cobalt Blue color goes on smooth, beautifully pigmented, & no need to double-draw for the color to look rich. I found this Felt Tip Pen in Cobalt Blue exceptional for drawing perfect cat eyes, etc. I see some prior Buyers unsatisfied with Formula but they must have revamped formula. This pen goes on like any $50 Felt Tip that i have in any luxury brands i own in Black, & goes on almost like a writing pen. It doesn’t have sparkle & the color is {Not} a bright brilliant Cobalt Blue, it is very opaque. It has no aqua undertone & has no purple undertone & it is {not} a Royal Blue. I cannot speak to the longevity but by the way it goes on & the way it stayed on my skin when i rubbed it off, as long as you are not teary-eyed this pen doesn’t look like it’s moving until you take it off.

This pen/pencil is only for the steady of hand and one with excellent vision. It was very “wet” when applied. The line is very thin as would be desirable however when one is visually limited it was impossible to adequately see my eyelash line. It smears very easily. It made a mess.

Easy to use. The perfect eyeliner me at 70 years old, it’s just the right amount of eyeliner for me and easy to apply. Love it.
