Super cute toy. Would be perfect had it not been broken on arrival. Trying to glue so I can give for Xmas. Too late for replacement. Pretty loud but can probably put tape over speaker. The only thing I don't like is the plastic bag around the claw is really hard to remove. I had to take the entire top off which wasn't easy as it was broken in 2 places. If you can get it shipped properly without it arriving broken then well worth the price.

It easy to misery. Very fun. Can be used in events or thr classroom with your students as a classroom reward.The music is so fun and exciting. Thr concept is Beat the music to grab something. Once music is done times up and game over. Unless you add more coins(included). But you can add real coins as well

This thing is not horrible, but not the best. They put something around the claw, and it makes it very difficult to remove, because the opening at the top is so small. I had to have one of my kids put the arm down in the opening where you out the soft toys to grab to get the bag off the claw. The claw would not work for the fist couple hours, so I was going to return it. Then after the kids moved it around so much the claw finally opened. This claw machine feels very cheap. I do not expect it to last long, but we will see.

My 3 and a half year old son loved getting this for Christmas! He plays with it daily, and is really good at it! The sound is super loud and gets annoying so we put a few layers of duct tape over that area to muffle it, and it’s much better now!

Brand new out of the box and put batteries in- does not work. They have a 30 day return window (not disclosed) and we purchased as a gift. Now that return window is closed and we’re stuck with a broken toy and a disappointed child.

Daughter *begged* me for a claw machine, so I bought this one for her for Christmas. The machine itself is working OK...all of the controls and the claw itself seem to work fine (so far) and she is having a lot of fun with it. It came with a very limited number of small plush toys (about 4 or 5...I didn't count) that are just a bit too large to fit easily into the chute if she is able to grab them with the claw, so she has to put her hand up into the hole to get the toy out. Good thing I had supplemented with a bag of smaller toys to fill the machine.HOWEVER: The "authentic arcade sound" is actually that stereotypical God-awful carnival music that cannot be muted, volume cannot be adjusted, and it speeds up as time runs out making it the stuff of nightmares for parents to endure. I make her take it all the way down to the basement if she wants to play with it.So, I can only give this 3 stars. Unit is working great, but it needs to have the feature to turn the horrible carny music off!

Great gift for the kids.

Bought The Claw for my 8.5 yr old grandson. He was so excited, and initially it all worked beautifully. I also bought a bag of "stuffed animals" for additional prizes because it only comes with 3 or 4...and they are slightly too big to use. The additional bag I purchased worked well and had a variety of "stuffed" animals. A minor problem is the volume of the music. There is no way to turn it off or lower the volume. The major problem is that one of the wires attached to the claw movement mechanism broke within two days, and now it doesn't work at all. No one mistreated the game, yet it broke. Now we are out looking to see if we can fix it. Bummer. Not worth the money.
