This package is chocolate but you should also look for the other flavors available. The thickness of the product depends on how much water or milk you add. So easy to use I mix it with about two tablespoons of hot water and it turns into a brownie consistency. Amazing. Filled with chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla flavor. It mixes really well even with water. I find it's easiest to mix it with just a tablespoon first to make a paste then add more. It doesn't really help increase or boost my energy but it's nice for nutrition.

Its a really great and very easy product for anyone to use. You can use any type of milk product with these packets. You also have 3 different flavors to choose from. They have 10g of protein, vitamins and minerals which was great for me as I am post hiatal hernia repair surgery and you have to be on liquid and soft food diet for approximately two weeks. This makes it easy for me to grab and go.

Love these. I use with milk, coffee, warm or cold.,mixes well. Taste is light not sweet at all. Very easy to use. Quality of the product is great and a good source of vitamins & prtien. Will be buying more…soon

Got this because I remembered having it as a kid. Still tastes the same, but probably not all that healthy with all the added chemicals. Chocolate is best, then strawberry, vanilla last, even though vanilla is my favorite flavor, not in this product.
