Big thank you hug for having a PETITE size!
I’m barely 4’11 (100lbs) and very often run into small people problems. I’ve been seeing these neat hip resistance bands and wanted one for myself but I was super wary of band sizes because what is usually a perfect fit for everyone else is way to big for me. All y’all shortys feel me right? I noted that some reviews complained about the small size being too small/right and knew that THAT size would be myyy perfect fit and voila! I couldn’t be happier with the size and resistance! It is perfect! I love the grippy part on the inside and would love to see colors other than red with the grippy feature as well! (I debated docking one star because of the grippy being available in only red, but the product overall is too great a quality to do that. I’ll get over the color). Also to note that I shamefully did cut the large tag off carefully and successfully (without damaging the band). I felt like the tag hindered the elasticity and once I removed it, I noticed a more comfortable fit and ease of range of motion in the band overall. If anyone asks me about my band, I am absolutely sending them the link to this product. Sorry I cut the tag, but I will not be shy in directing anyone to this brand, I promise!Thank you so much for having a petite size! It means everything to us smaller peeps!!!! XOXO

Great product!
Great compared to the slingshot! Only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the WOD logo stiched to the front. I had to remove it (which wasn't difficult) because it definitely hindered the elasticity of the product since the logo does not really stretch. After the first use it started to come off anyway so I just finished the process with a box cutter. Greatly improved it and I believe it will also increase it's lifespan.

Happy so far
We usually use ankle cuffs and resistance bands for lateral drills in my studio. Decided to try above the knee loop band. Glad we did, band works as advertised. I have no other above the knee band to compare it with but will be ordering slingshot version which is more expensive and will be back online to compare both. Pleased with this so far.

That sounds super informercial-y but it's kinda the truth
If you're having problems with your squats due to hips or glutes, this is your tool. That sounds super informercial-y but it's kinda the truth. Also great for warmups on squat/deadlift day. It used to take me 30+ minutes to finish my dynamic warmup and empty bar work. Now it's more like 15 and i feel way better. Just put it around your knees and move around, do some air squats, walk forward, backward, and at an angle. Simple tool but worth every penny IMO.

really nice, excellent resistance!!!
These bands are really nice, the one I got had the grip on the inside so you don't have to worry about it sliding around on you. What I will say is if you're looking for a heavy resistance, look no more! Every band that I've bought before this one hasn't had enough resistance but this one really does. I got the small 12" and it's almost TOO much resistance. I'm going to buy another one that's not quite so tight (I'm thinking the medium or large), but the quality is excellent! I highly recommend.

Not very strong
These seem well made and are easy to use but they are no where near as strong as they should be. I got these to replace some stretched out ones of another brand and these feel looser than those really. If you're more beginner or are looking for looser ones so that you can hit greater range of motion then these will work well. But if you're looking for some strong resistance on hip thrusts or seated abductions, these are not it.

Comfy glute and abductor activation band
I use this as a warm tool to really activate the glutes during squats. This also works great for abductor work on the legs. The band is quite comfy on bare skin and I do not have any issues with it rolling up. I like this band and would purchase another one if for some reason I lost the one I purchased.

Good resistance but isn’t holding up
Fresh out of the package this thing was very resistant which is what I was looking for... unfortunately after my second use... thing thing had threads already breaking and it’s became way more loose than when I got it, which I expected a little but not this much.I’m a fairly small person as well but with pretty strong legs- I’m 5foot 110 and squat around 250 . Which is not what I use this band for. I Use it got glyte kick backs and just standard standing squats etc
