Why did you choose this product over others?:This is my third year buying this product for my indian Sandstone paving. I spray it on leave a couple of hours and wash off with a hose. Always comes up spotless and no need for a pressure washer which can damage the stone. Only difference i noticed this year is the smell. The chlorine is very overwhelming and as an asthma sufferer it was a bit chocking. I thought i had mixed it wrong but no just as the package suggest so i assume it;s a different formula. Still works a treat but keep your windows closed and use plenty of water after to wash it.

Have ordered this stuff twice recently and can say it has saved my patio and front path. Alot better than expected. Used it a few times on front path with a pressure washer set on highest pressure setting and has Brought it back to nearly new. Anyone who buys this your path/patio may new cleaning a few times but be persistent and this does the job. Will be ordering for 3rd time very soon to do my path in the garden. Saved ££££'s in replacing old path and patio. Highly recommend 👍

Had a patio with 6 years grime and algae. Two applications did the job. A bit pricy which was made worse because I did not have the equipment to use as sparsely as recommended. Never-the-less easy to use. Will use again in 6 years time

This product is perfect to help get rid of the mould and ring stains left by the garden pots on your patio. We could not believe how well it worked for us, the patio is so clean you could eat your dinner off it. The only thing I would advise and that is use a face mask as the smell is quite strong.

We had black spot on our Patio and the Liquid was fantastic. It didn’t get rid of it completely but it improved a lot. Would recommend.

Great product so much better than Patio Magic which did not remove the black spots.
