Smaller than I wanted for my hobby work, but that's my fault. They were as advertised, and I'll order larger ones next time. These would be fine for cosmetic use.

A great size for my ears. If these cotton balls had been the usual “bigger” size, I would have had to tear them in order to use them. So yes, they are smaller, but for me it was perfectly sized.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT! Exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect for my needs. I wanted something that wasn't too big, so that it won't soak up far too much liquid when I'm trying to apply witch hazel to my face. I love this size of cotton ball. WILL BE REORDERING!

Nope, even though there are a lot them they are the small ones and you need to use two or three at a time. Pic on bag kinda misleading

Don't let the # of cotton balls deceive you as they are super tiny. These were purchased for a School Health Clinic and would not recommend. They are simply too small for medical needs much less for arts and crafts. The picture included is to show the size comparison to a piece of smartie candy. They may be close to the size of a nickel/dime.
