Definitely one of the best purchases I've made. I'm such a skeptic when it comes to all these weird, inexpensive, third party brands selling what seems to be the same things with numerous reviews. Most of them look fake.But I can definitely say this little device is PERFECT! I can connect my wireless headphones and my PS4 controller and I have no issues. There is a very slight audio delay, but that's to be expected because of the nature of Bluetooth. But the PS4 controller was the same as if I had plugged it in via USB.The compact size makes this incredibly convenient. I can just keep it plugged into my desktop without it protruding like other USB devices.Installation was a no-brainer. Literally just plug it in, and Windows 10 instantly recognized and installed the drivers.Incredibly satisfied and more than happy with my purchase.

I was a bit concerned about buying a "Bluetooth" adapter! I thought it would be hard to get it to work properly and also assumed it would be a chore to download the product. OMG. It was wonderful! Plug it in and it immediately worked. That's it! My 9-year-old son plugged it and it starting working immediately. Nothing to download! I am very VERY pleased with this product. Now my son can use his Bluetooth headphones he was so excited to finally use! Thank you for a GREAT product that works so easily!

This product gave me some trouble at first. I would make sure your drives are all updated and update your computer software. I had to do this. Then, make sure there is only one audio device installed. It added two for me at one point (I installed, uninstalled, then reinstalled) and the quality was terrible. Once I deleted the extra one, the sound was perfect. This is a great product for when you have a computer that might not support Bluetooth directly. I would recommend this!

I have been through a few Bluetooth USB dongles in search for an alternative to installing an actual PCIe chip into my desktop and have been disappointed for some time. I figured that it was just the nature of the form factor that compressing this technology to this size would simply not last, but I was wrong. I was having issues with my Bluetooth headset staying connected to my desktop and when it disconnected it would connect to a closer device which was VERY annoying. This device holds the connection and at a MUCH better range than the alternatives that I have tried.Thank you for a reliable product!

Had difficulty getting it to work because the enclosed manual sent me to a site to download the Win 10 driver. It had over a hundred messages from other customers complaining that the driver download was corrupt but I went ahead and downloaded it anyways, and guess what? It was corrupt! Well, I was a little upset because last month I bought another BT dongle which apso didn’t work and spent a lot of time proving it never was gonna, gave up and didn’t even bother to try to return it. But I had done my research this time and after all the great reviews I had read was pretty depressed. I went back to read the reviews and saw one claiming to have had the same problem with a solution. The BroadCom driver and it had to be installed through Windows update. I also saw that many others were in the same boat. I go it working. Doesn’t give great sound but it’s adequate.

I purchased this for my classroom at school for teletherapy. This adapter is awesome!! It is the best! Installation was a breeze! Immediately upon inserting into the USB hub the device was recognized by Windows 10. Every Bluetooth device I have has paired instantly and without issue - headphones, keyboard, mouse, speakers. When I turn a paired device on it connects automatically! There is no audio stuttering on my headphones or speakers which I experienced with other devices. The range is phenomenal!

I have to admit that I'm not very techy, because of which my son took care of building my computer. I asked him if my computer can connect to my ANKER Soundcore speaker and he recommended me this dongle. It runs off Windows 10 with such ease (I just plugged it in) and my system recognized the dongle right away. The computer was able to find my Bluetooth speaker from there. I have had this for a week now and I have not run into an issue yet.I'll say for both the price and ease alone this purchase was definitely worth it.
