I purchased from seller Renewable Energy Supplies and must say first that sellers customer service is top notch as I had a few problems with the first unit I received but was quickly and painlessly handled and replaced.I use the charger for backup charging of a 900ah battery bank when lack of solar is not available as well as equalizing the batteries. The build quality looks excellent and being able to set an exact voltage is great, but when the fan kicks on (and it will randomly) it sounds like a hair dryer! Being that I got this to use for car audio it is EXTREMELY disappointing, and I'm using about 13-15 amps out of my 75 amp converter (based on a victron shunt meter...). Running @ 14.9v.

This charger 22 volt supply lasted 1 1/2 months n quit

Bought this to replace unit in 1985 Foretravel motorhome. Less than half the size of original, and 1/4 the weight.Old unit generated a lot of heat, this one not so much.Works as advertised.

Keeps my RV batteries fully charged!

Using as a power supply on my test bench in garage. Works great. 75A model does up to 1100 watts continuous so more than enough to power almost all amps and a headunit no issue. Also works great as a battery charger and the adjustable output voltage to 16V is great as most amps have an operating range of 9.5V-16V and obviously make more power the higher it is.
