Q: Are those 2 pieces screw in by holding togetherct ?

The two pieces screw together to cover the wire terminals and holes for the mounting screws.

Q: Does this come with a plug / prongs on the end of the wire? I want to mount this to drywall, feed the wires out through a cable control to a plug.

It's just a porcelain ceramic glass high-quality socket with screw terminals to screw down your own 120v wire. The other need is that it requires two screws to mount it securely into screw-able wood. I do not recommend attaching it to drywall or anything that the two mounting screws could pull out from.

This was installed in my current reptile plywood cage on the ceiling with a lamp wire coming out one of the 3 holes and then stalped to the cieling fo the cage

Q: Is the height of this 1.2 or 2"? They only state 2x1.2x1.2

Height is 2” —- item is circular so 2 measurements have to be same, so the one not same will be height.
