As a child of the 90s and now with my own littles, I loved getting to add this book to our family collection! My kids love Halloween, so a Halloween Berstain Bears book was absolutely perfect!

My adult son loved this as a child. I bought it for his son. He loves it too!

You can't beat the Berenstain Bears books for teaching valuable lessons to even very young children. My adult kids still remember the books and what they learned from them. Priceless.

The media could not be loaded. This one is nostalgic for me! I had this as a child, and I am not reading it to my own children! I love the long story. The illustrations are great! This book is a family favorite! And the two pages of stickers are an awesome added bonus!

Grand kids loved these fun games for them

Got this in hopes of prepping my 2.5 year old for Halloween, but it doesn't have any actual trick-or-treat scenes where the cubs say the line and then get candy. The lesson (as there always is in BB books) is that appearances can be deceiving - the scary old neighbor lady is actually nice. Still a good BB book.

My copy of this and a few others had water damage from storage and I really wanted to share my favorites with my children. My four yr old daughter loves this book. I love the little lessons hidden in the story. Being a little spooked can be fun and remembering its make believe. Looks and rumors are not always truthful and you need to investigate and decide for ourselves. Pure pressure is real and saying no is a great thing. And Halloween is fun! Even coming across a scary monster can be funny after the initial scare. Not eating any of the candy or not going outside their neighborhood is good rules in every house. Many good things in this thin book, and it’s why these books are still loved today. 😁
