I purchased the Super Q Golden Bihon Noodles (3-Pack) specifically for making pancit.The quality is consistent across all three packs—no broken pieces, and the noodles hold up well during cooking. Although they require a soak before cooking, this step helps them soften evenly and ensures they don’t clump or break apart in the pan.Cooking time is quick once soaked, which is helpful when preparing meals in a shorter timeframe. The noodles have a thin texture, which makes them easier to eat and mix evenly with vegetables and protein in traditional pancit recipes.In terms of taste, the noodles are neutral and absorb flavors from sauces and seasonings effectively without overpowering the dish. The final texture is smooth and slightly springy, which works well for stir-fry style dishes.This 3-pack offers good value for money, especially for households or events where pancit is made in larger quantities. The noodles came out perfect! Every time I used it, it it cooked perfectly and tasted so good! I ended up getting a wok, there was not enough space in a 12 inch pan to mix all the ingredients the veggies kept falling out of the pan. I had to use large bowls to mix everything.

I made palabok for the first time yesterday - it was a success. I inadvertently did not follow the instructions on soaking the noodles first and went straight to boiling them. I had to gently separate the noodles while they were boiling and let it soak for a while longer in the hot water. The noodles were firm and perfect. I did not have smoked fish but used bonito flakes. Delish!

The package wasn’t the greatest but it still arrived on time and in one piece. Not used to buying food online but we were in need of it
