Quality material, easy to assemble, daughter loves it
This was a great Christmas present for my daughter (who was 4 at the time). It was EASY to assemble. I did it by myself and my husband went through when I was done and tightened all the screws. It fits perfectly in our small backyard (townhome). I hung a baby swing for my then 9 month old where the trapeze bar is and that has worked great. The swing set actually came partly assembled (the glider was already in one peice). My only issues are the seat of the swing is firm so it's very easy for the kids to slip off if they aren't used to it. And the sunshade collects a lot of water when it rains and then sags. I took mine off. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase.UPDATE 9/16/15: I contacted customer service for a replacement part, they quickly resolved my issue. Still very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent swing set
This is an excellent swing set, and at that price it's just amazing. It has a fairly small footprint and is not disruptive for the grass and we didn't bother with the canopy. My kids, 3 and 7, love it. The glider is very popular during playdates because two people get to swing together on it. The kids swing really high but the set stays stable. The stakes provided are not sufficient though. With all the vigorous swinging the stakes started to come up out of the grass after a month or so. We have weighted it down with heavy stones and it seems fine now.I knew I wouldn't have the time to put it together so we hired someone. I think we paid $80 to $100 for that which in this case is close to the price of the set. But it was still a great deal.

Kid approved, 5 and 8 years old.
Very well made but product came banged. It is already rusting where the pipes were scratched up on about 5 different places. It was from the manufacturer since they were all wrapped up very well with the damaged pipe inside. My kids give it 5 stars. They play the floor is lava on it. It is really cute without spending a ton of $.

A Strong, Sturdy Playset!
Have had this up for months with a 7 year old and a 10 year old totally trying to destroy it. The swingset looks as good as it did when it came out of the box. It comes with ground anchors, so don't make the mistake that I did and order them separately. When I assembled it, I left the shade cover off as it was set beneath a shade tree, so I can't comment on that part. Assembly was a little tricky because the nuts and bolts actually screw together INSIDE of the pipes! But, after the first few, I easily got the hang of it. I realize that this is a good thing as there are no sharp edges to grab kids or clothes. This grandmother and the previously mentioned 2 children were able to put the playset together in just several hours. They got the hang of the tricky nuts and bolts before I did. All in all, I feel it was a good purchase. Regarding the trapeze, I had ordered a separate one on a chain when I ordered the swingset. That was so the height of the trapeze could be adjusted. I never installed the one that came with the set.

Two thumbs up
Super fun swing set for a busy 4yr old. Only complaint is the canopy holds water which is easy enough to get off but after a while the frame holding the canopy up (tension rod) split and the canopy had to come down. So blah on a non lasting canopy structure but it worked great for a while. Assembly is much easier with this one vs an older model we had so my hubby was happy about that.

So if you are thinking of buying this and your child is past the 50lb mark be prepared for some reverse engineering to sturdy it
Ordered this product for my son for his 6th birthday. 3 reasons for this low review:1.) Product states max weight 100 lbs per seat/swing. My son weighs 70 lbs and the swing set deforms and flexes so much when he hits the apogee of the swing that I had to add additional rope tie downs with turnbuckles to secure it from moving. This is even with the unit attached to concrete via expansion bolts. The flexing causes the screws to work themselves loose over time and require weekly tightening.Likewise the glider attachment is held on by a clamp arrangement and when my son gets on it the clamp will pull down and rotate on the side he is sitting on and throw the balance off. I had to drill through the top of the clamp and the support pole and stick a bolt through both to keep it from moving. My daughter is under 50 lbs and the set will behave properly when she is on it. So if you are thinking of buying this and your child is past the 50lb mark be prepared for some reverse engineering to sturdy it up.2.) The ground pegs they send with it are useless unless your kid weighs under 30 lbs. Or never uses it.3.) The unit shipped with several screws missing and one step on the ladder attachment severely damaged and bent. Three calls to the 800 customer service number posted very visibly on the unit go straight to voice mail and I have yet to receive a callback. DON'T PLASTER YOUR SUPPORT NUMBER ALL OVER THE PLACE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ACTUALLY FOLLOW UP WITH SUPPORT. I've worked in support roles before and this kind of lazy BS really chaps my cheeks.I have not returned this unit because my son is Autistic and fell in love with it at first sight and I don't have the heart to take it away from him. Otherwise it would have been on it's way back on day two.Caveat emptor.UPDATE 12-24-14: I guess I should have expected it from the flexing but the metal tore in spectacular fashion while my son was on the swing. Luckily the additional supports that I had set up kept the set from collapsing or it could have been a tragedy. See pics here:http://aethernext.com/images/swingset1.jpghttp://aethernext.com/images/swingset2.jpgI'm obviously returning this set as it simply does not meet the manufacturers own stated weight and safety criteria. I'm going to reiterate also that if your child is over 50 lbs you should really think twice about purchasing this set.

good value
For $200 what can you really expect? My 5yo loves it, it should last her a few years, that's all we need. There was one wrong piece in the box, but the company was very easy to work with and sent me a replacement. After that, assembly was not at all difficult (one adult, occasional "help" from 5yo). The instructions are not super descriptive, but combined with the pictures it's fine. We like that it's a little different from many sets, with the ladder instead of slide, and bar instead of another swing. Kiddo is thrilled that I can put a board across two ladder steps to make her a "table."

Cute and fun
Sturdy enough and a great size for our small backyard. My 2, 6 and 8 yr old boys love getting energy out on it. We did buy the extra anchor set which helped it feel more grounded. Good price IMO!

We love this swing set but the only problem with its ...
We love this swing set but the only problem with its design is... the left side has bars slanting outwards but the right side climber bars are vertical. What happens is, the slanted bars push to the right side and because the right side isn't slanted to counter against it, the whole set slants to the right, no matter how many times you pull them outwards. Looks wonky. The ground pegs won't stay in either, so a corkscrew style is going to have to be purchased. Otherwise, all elements are pretty awesome!

Poor quality components.
My kids ages 5 and 7 played on it for 5 minutes when I realized the 600lb weight capacity is overstated. The whole set rocked side to side as they played. The brackets connecting the legs and the overhead bar are not strong enough. Amazon filed a return no questions asked, but I have to pack it back up and get it back to them.
