First, the taste is not badI read about they have been doing studies with mice and have used in a few people who "knew some body" and got to be in a small trial using Blessed thistle not to be confused with milk thistle which is for the liver.Blessed thistle is showing great promise in regenerating nerves.Since I have carpel tunnel in my hand and non-diabetic neuropathy in my toes I think I can be a private tester of this product. If hands and toes don't improve I will use it anyway because it does help the gut.I purchased this one because it is organically grown and wild crafted. Very reasonable priced.

Have not noticed any increase in breast milk production, but will keep trying.

I used it for a few weeks and it was doing wonders for my gut, but then I began having these itty bitty pains all over the inside of my body, couldn’t figure it out. Then I stopped using this and in one day there was no more pain, IDK why, but this was my experience.
