Coffee for a crowd
I had a large gathering at my home that I wanted to provide coffee for, this fit the bill. Brews about 1 1/2 gallons in 20ish minutes. Since it’s a percolator it’ll make very strong coffee, and you gotta get the grind right, but it stood up to a weekend of heavy use without any complaints.

Great hot water urn!
The media could not be loaded. It keeps your hot water hot for long periods of time, easily storable and very easy to use! Very functional and durable! Has a switch to turn on and off the heating which is a great tool of design!

Leaks
This started out good. It heats well, and is easy to use. However it only lasted 4 months before beginning to leak at the power cord area. Would not recommend. If they fix the leaking issue this would be a good product.

Where’s the liquid level window???
One of the deciding factors in my purchasing this brand was the coffee level window that is in the description. There isn’t one. Very disappointing.It’s attractive and fits on my counter nicely. It boils water quickly, and keeps it quite hot. I had to place the urn on a trivet to elevate it about 1/2” so my average size coffee mugs would fit under the spigot without tilting. I don’t know anyone who uses a short, small coffee cup at home. What’s the point?The other issue is that the description states it has a reusable plastic basket filter (it does), but the filter type in specs and details states the material is paper. So at least two features were misrepresented in the description. This is a percolator, be advised regular auto drip fine ground coffee, or espresso will not be contained in the plastic filter basket. My solution is to use a large cotton muslin cold brew/tea bag inside the plastic basket. I mean large enough to hold 1-2 cups of grounds or more.Lastly, it was covered with fingerprints and a few scratches right out of the box, so… also very disappointing. The outer packaging was not damaged. Hoping I have no issues, as some reviews state horrible customer service. I will update this review if anything goes wrong.
