Great to include them in my workout routine, you can feel the difference in each band,you have to put more effort to start using the heavy one if you are a beginner like me, I think you could skip the light one but its good to have as get use to it, it depends on your level as I am just speaking from my perspective.They don't slip and the size is the same for each band, the tension you feel when exercising it's what you expect and it still feels comfortable.It's a good product overall for the right price. Maybe the storage bag isn't the best but is a good add on, serves it's purpose of make them portable, so you can take the bands wherever.

I bought the WALITO Resistance Bands on Amazon and I absolutely love them! From the first use, I could tell the quality is excellent. They feel like really good quality and have an ant-slip feel inside. For me they are a perfect size and fit. Comes with a travel bag too! Great deal for a good workout! It comes with a pamplet as well with lots of band workouts!! 💪🏻🙌🏻

They are very sturdy and doesn’t move

I love these over the rubber resistance bands that I had previously. I love how these are fabric as I did not like the rubber feel on my legs from the previous bands I had. I love how these stay in place as well as the rubber ones would slide down when doing the exercise. I am very satisfied with these bands.
