Delivery was quick. The installation was pretty straight forward, Atv started instantly and the only adjustment I had to make was the idle was a little high. I only have about 1.5hrs on this new carb, but it has worked flawlessly, I highly recommend if you don’t want to spend an extreme amount of money on the oem.

Installed and only had to adjust the idle screw. Runs like it did on day 1. Mounted on a 2000 TRX450S Foreman.

Product came promptly. The install was a perfect direct bolt on. The carb heater wire had a different connector then my old carb. It was easy to splice the old plug onto the new pigtail and heat shrink it for water proofing. The ATV started and ran smoothly immediately. There were no adjustments needed as the factory setting was perfect.

Installed this carb expecting the engine to at least turnover. No luck. After fiddling with it an afternoon, I decide to clean the old carb up and put it back on. The old carb ran good warmed up but not at idle. So I decided to take the old one apart again and clean the slow jet, thinking, perhaps the only saving grace is I could use the new carb for spare parts. I was partially right.Part #16016-HM7-670 comes with 2 o rings and a metal washer. New carb came with a screw and a spring, sans o-rings.I did use the bowl gasket, primer bulb, a few machine screws and a couple of clips....Other things:The overflow tube is taller than OEM for a ‘99 trx450. The end isn’t reamed, so that orifice is smaller.There are 2 carb vents instead of the one on a ‘99.No air cut off valve assembly or ports for an air cutoff valve assembly.Choke needle is a solid piece of brass without an o-ring. I replaced the OEM choke needle to get it running to troubleshoot. With any substantial use, I’m sure it will likely wear.Should be a one way valve on the overfill line but all that was sent was a fuel line. Luckily I had that.It leaked gas out of the carb overflow immediately when I turned the fuel petcock valve on and didn’t stop. This was after I pulled the fuel tank and fuel lines. I wouldn’t buy it again even for a spare of spare parts.

Easy to install. Runs great and is easier that rebuilding the old carb.

The carb fits and makes my atv runs like it's brand new.

A few differences between this and stock. Had to reuse my OEM carb heater as the connection was different. Either way she starts know first crank and it's been doing great.

The media could not be loaded.  J'ai installé le carburateur, posé les câbles, mais la connexion électrique était pas la même. Faut connecter le fil vert du carbu au fil jaune du 4roues et les 2 autres ensembles. J'avais fait jaune sur jaune ça marchait pas.J'ai starté même pas de Choke et voilà! Pour le prix c'est excellent, je recommande à mes amis bricoleurs de vieux bikes! J'ai trouvé toutes les pièces sur Amazon à presque moitié prix mais lisez bien les commentaires avant de commander
