Texture is hard and very granular
The texture of this lecithin is hard and very granular like it was overly dried out or something, which makes it more difficult to swallow. I prefer lecithin granules and they seem to be more and more difficult to find so I am happy to have these but wish the texture was softer like my usual brand.

Stays fresh for a long time and doesn’t clump up.
The product is great and mixes well when using a mixer. Most lecithin granules are sticky when you touch them but not these. I’m not sure how they accomplish this feat but it certainly helps because over time lecithin can become clumpy and stick together.
